These include a heated pool and jacuzzi, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, and a community boat ramp. There is also an on-site store for your convenience. While some amenities may be temporarily unavailable due to ongoing electrical upgrades within the community, we encourage guests to contact us in advance for the most current information. Please be aware there is no cable or WiFi provided at this site. Nearby, you'll find great dining options and local favorites such as Square Grouper Restaurant, My New Joint Cocktail Lounge, Morning Joint Coffee, the Bent Prop, Tonio's Seafood Shack and Tiki Bar, and family fun at Boondock's Mini Golf and Draft House. This lot offers the perfect balance of waterfront tranquility and easy access to adventure, dining, and entertainment in the Lower Keys. Venture Out charges a $125 registration/check-in fee upon arrival (subject to change). Parking is provided for one vehicle per unit, and an additional permit may be available for a nightly fee depending on availability. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and overnight occupancy is limited to six people who must be registered with both the Rental Manager and Venture Out. Up to two dogs are allowed per lot. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless alternate arrangements are made with the Rental Manager in advance. A refundable $150 security deposit is required at the time of booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The main guest must submit a copy of their driver's license and sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. All reservations are subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager.
