Unwind in the evening from our open lanai overlooking lush tropical plants and the heated saltwater pool. It’s the perfect spot to relax and reconnect with your loved ones.

Optional additional heat (Oct–Mar) is available for $20/day
Heated to 85°F once purchased (may take 24 hrs to reach full temp)
Please note: temperatures below 60°F may affect heating
Sliding doors are alarmed for child safety
Door stopper provided — please use responsibly

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance
Pool maintenance: Twice a week (typically Mon & Thrus/Fri)
Lawn care: Weekly (usually on weekends)

Pest control: Scheduled quarterly (insects may still occasionally appear — this is Florida!)

🔥 Gas Grill
Guests are welcome to use the gas grill
Please replace propane as needed (available at Publix, gas stations, hardware stores)
Kindly clean after use and turn off the gas valve securely

🧻 Starter Essentials Provided
We provide a starter supply to get your stay off to a great start:

🧼 2 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen
🗑️ 2 trash bags per trash can
