Wonderful Stay at a Great Property with One Small Note

This was our second time staying at this property and overall, it was another fantastic experience. The location is perfect, the home is spacious and well maintained, and the pool is a highlight for both kids and adults. It is also pet-friendly, which our dogs absolutely loved.The property managers were excellent communicators and incredibly accommodating with our early check-in request, which we really appreciated.Our only note this year is that many of the everyday kitchen items and appliances were not properly cleaned. The coffee pot had visible mold and had to be thoroughly cleaned before use. Several pots, pans, utensils, and the blender were also dirty or sticky, and some dishes and glassware were dusty or had residue.The house itself was very clean and well cared for, but it seems like the smaller, high-use items are not being cleaned regularly by tenants and are being overlooked during turnover. A little extra attention in this area would make an already great stay even better.

Excellent

We had a wonderful stay here. They had everything that we needed for the house, beach, and pool. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the pool items. This property was very clean and cared for. John stopped over during our stay to add water to the pool. He was very kind and knowledgeable. This home is in a wonderful location. Close to the beach, food, and other things. It’s in a nice neighborhood. And we were able to meet some of the neighbors during our daily walks, and they were very kind. The owners of the property stated that if we needed anything at all to not hesitate to call them, and they were very prompt if we needed anything. We will definitely stay at this property again for our next vacation.

Bradenton pool house

The house was just as described.Roomy and comfortable.Neighborhood was pretty quiet.Nice for walking and bike riding.Pool was chilly but we used it every day.Its beautiful!!Nice porch area with grill by pool.Owners were very attentive and nice.I hope to return next year.

Clean Property and Quiet Neighborhood

The house was clean and had everything we needed. There were plenty of blankets, towels, and other linens. The cabinets were stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Nice pressure in the shower. Pool was stocked with needed floats. The backyard was small and cozy. Perfect for our small family. There was plenty of sunscreen in the cabinet of the master bathroom. We didn’t need it because we brought plenty but there is definitely extra if you forget! It’s a short drive to the beach. We loved Bradenton beach. The water was calm and clear. So relaxing not having to worry about strong waves knocking g our kids under. It was perfect for floating and swimming for hours. The garage was spacious and clean. The only “cons” I found was the sink in the kitchen didn’t have a sprayer hose and there was no fresh clean sponge for doing dishes either. And lastly, not really a con but advice if you plan on staying there. Don’t buy a whole weeks worth of groceries. There isn’t a lot of storage space for food items other than the fridge and bakers rack. So Shop for a few days at a time since space is limited. There is a pantry, but it’s filled with household items. Terrie and John were super nice and attentive. They were quick to respond to any questions we may have had and even came over the very next day to remove grass clippings from the pool personally. One of my favorite things was their stay journals documenting other people’s time on their property. Fun!

Very happy snowbirds!

We spent 2 months with our 3 dogs and loved it! The dog park is just one mile away and, as golfers, we had our choice of many courses nearby. Terrie and John are fantastic hosts and very friendly. they were always a phone call away and made sure our stay was comfortable and without issues. We will definitely rent from them again.

Always wonderful

Our 3rd stay at this lovely home and once again everything was wonderful. The location is super convenient, the neighborhood is safe, the home is clean, the pool is large and deep, and the hosts are superb. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful home and amazing owners

I was booking for my son and his family who were moving from OK to FL, arriving that day, but learned their home was not yet available that morning with 4 hours of their trip remaining. Terrie was so understanding of how worried I was for the kids to have somewhere to stay when they arrived. It took half the day, but she moved mountains to get the arrangements changed to begin that afternoon, which is apparently an act of congress. She helped calm my nerves all while talking to VRBO to get the arrangements set before they arrived. The kids loved the home saying it was very clean and beautiful, with anything they could have possibly needed. If we ever go to visit and need a place to stay, we will definitely check with Terrie and John first. I will never forget their kindness.

Comfortable home, great sized pool, super attentive hosts, quiet neighborhood with lots of beautiful, mature trees. And the blooming plumeria around the neighborhood was a real treat. . A perfect place to enjoy all that the Bradenton area has to offer. Already scheduled another stay.

The vibe was EVERYTHING!

This house was everything we wanted it to be. It was clean and easy. She had anyand everything that we could've needed in the house including pool toys. Me and my family had so much fun. We will definitely be staying here again. I recommend this stay to anyone looking to be close to the beach, and want good vibes all weekend. You won't regret it.

Big deep pool and awesome location

We had a great time and everything we needed was at the house. The pool was a lot bigger then the picture made it look and the outside patio area was perfect place to sit and enjoy the weather while the the kids played in the pool. Very responsive host

Great location / neighborhood

My wife and I stayed at this property for the month of April 2022 and we really enjoyed our time there. The house is in the perfect location, just minutes from multiple grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping. Access to Anna Maria island beaches is only a 15-20 minute drive away. Beach chairs, toys and coolers are available at the property which made things really easy. The house is very spacious and our little 10 month old had a great time rolling around in her walker. The pool is huge and has an actual 8 foot deep end. The owners responded within minutes to any of our questions or concerns. Would definitely go back!

Home needs attention. Animals in attic due to openings along roof. Grounds were weeds.

Uncomfortable first two weeks due to pests crawling in attic. Yard was run down, all weeds. Needs updating Hosts were very nice and addressed issues promptly. Glad it was only for one month. Not going back there again.

Clean house in very quiet neighborhood

The house was clean and located in established neighborhood. Very quiet around the house. Plaza with Publix near by. The house is centrally located and not far away from stores and beaches.

John and Terrie have been in the Bradenton Sarasota area since 1978. Having a golfing family brought us to this area. We raised our children and now grandchildren near the most beautiful beaches in the world. We own our business in this area and travel a lot. This is why we decided to purchase a home for a vacation rental. We want others to experience the real Florida, be comfortable and make our home yours. That's right, you will be renting Santa's Vacation Home!

Our Vacation Home is in West Bradenton close to beaches. We are surrounded by every amenity that Florida living has to offer. The Pine Lakes neighborhood has sidewalks, manicured yards, easy access to public transportation and only a short walk to Schools, Parks, Hospital and Churches. We chose this area because we live here and know this area best suites travelers, without being penned in by hotel, condo and villa life. When we travel we choose this type of vacation rental, and have always been so pleased and we never forget those vacations.

Our home has a great open airy feeling. The Florida room overlooks the pool. The kitchen is spacious and has easy access to dining and breakfast nook areas. Our living room is huge. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. We have a 2 car garage and access to a bathroom from the backyard pool area. This is a bright cheery home!
