John's home was perfect for our family. It is spacious, well equipped, comfortable and conveniently located. Communication was fabulous and I especially appreciate how flexible and accommodating John was when we left something behind. The home is a perfect blend of historical charm and modern conveniences (the kitchen, especially, had everything we needed!) It was a very easy walk into town, yet close enough to the highway. We hope to return soon.

What a fabulous stay! My family enjoyed the gorgeous house, especially with all of its character and history. The host was extremely responsive to our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth, like when we needed plowing for an unexpected snowstorm. We would definitely stay there again, especially with the convenient location. Clinton is so cute!

We had a wonderful weekend here!The host was very accommodating with check-in and check-out times. The house was beautiful, spotless and full of character. Lots of space for two families. The yard was really nice and much bigger than it seemed it the photos. We had a really great stay.

This beautiful home was truly the perfect setting for our family's Thanksgiving celebration. Several members of our group traveled a distance to be with us, and we rented the home to accommodate them. The large kitchen area was an ideal gathering space, and the adjacent sitting rooms provided a comfortable spot for conversations and board games. John was extremely responsive and helpful in ensuring that our stay was perfect.

The common spaces were wonderful for the three of us: we cooked multiple times in the kitchen and loved it. Also used the grill outside on the deck. Great view of salt marsh off the deck, spacious garage for storing bikes, and cozy sitting room. Beds were comfortable too!
