There are 7 gorgeous bedrooms throughout this home, each with their own smart TV! On the bottom floor, there are 3 bedrooms. One has a king bed, the second has a queen, and the third has a full.

On the main floor, the primary bedroom has a king bed & ensuite bathroom. Right down the hall, the second bedroom on this floor has two full-over-full bunk beds (total of 4 full beds) + a SLIDE!

The two remaining bedrooms are on the top floor, with 1 king bed in each.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
This home has 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor. On the bottom floor, the bathroom is accessible right off of the hallway, and has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only. The bathroom on the second floor is accessible from the primary bedroom & hallway, and has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The bathroom on the top floor is accessible from the hallway, and has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The kitchen is oversized, with lots of counter-space, and located right off of the main living room. With all stainless steel appliances and a coffee machine (Keurig), this kitchen is ready for cooking for the entire group!

The HUGE dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 14 people, plus additional seating at the kitchen countertop and another dining table on the back deck, right off of the dining room.

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool Pass: You would need the Pool Card AND pay $6 per guest, per day. The pool card confirms that you are a welcome guest, however, it does not make the pool free.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

MASSANUTTEN VILLAGE COMMUNITY RULES
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
1. NOISE
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Keep noise indoors during these hours.
- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
2. PARKING
- Keep all tires off the road.
- Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
- No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
3. OUTDOOR FIRES
- High wildfire risk area!
- No open fires.
- No unattended fires.
- No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage . com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.
4. ALCOHOL
- No open containers on roads or in common areas.
5. PETS
- Leash always required when outside.
- Clean up after your pets.
6. TRASH
- Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
