About this space
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Comfortably sleeps 12, with plenty of space to hangout and relax! Steps from the beach, Family Kingdom amusement park, mini-golf, restaurants and shopping. Community pool, parking for 3 cars, fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need for your family vacation!

Home is a beautiful, stilted beach house. There is one bedroom on the main floor, with a private ensuite bathroom. Main floor also includes a 1/2 bath, fully stocked kitchen, living room and dining room, and a balcony. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, all with private, ensuite bathrooms. There is also a laundry room, living room/hangout space and another balcony.

There is covered parking for 3 cars. Additional public parking close by.

The location was centrally located to why we were traveling to Myrtle Beach. That was convenient. The area was busy! The front half of the week was quiet but the later part was bus all night. Loud motorcycles/cars and police cars. The parking lot that is directly in front of the house is also busy and permitted only. The house was spacious and we loved the 4 bed and 4 bathrooms with a 1/2 off the kitchen. That was really nice. The views from the second story are wonderful. Little peaks of the ocean were fantastic. Short walk to the beach at sunset was nice. Some downfalls were… the community pool is really small for the size homes around it and the parking is tricky if you have more than 2 cars. Lots of debris around the property and cigarette butts. We had an ant issue about half way through the week. The bathrooms need a little maintenance updates and cleaning. The house was a little below our cleaning standards and what we are use to with Vrbo stays at this price point. That was a little disappointing. We specially use Vrbo for the more updated and well maintained homes. The host was very nice and we appreciated them allowing us to stay but would probably stay a little more north then where this home was located next time. However, great sq footage for a large family or traveling with friends.
