Great place to stay for a guys golf trip. We gave 5 courses within 30 minutes and were steps from the beach. Roomy enough for 8 plus guys and we could walk to anything we needed

This was the perfect property for our large family vacation. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the large table in the dining area was perfect to gather for meals.

We enjoyed our stay from the beginning until the end. The things surrounding the villa were great for eating, entertainment, and the beach was in walking distance. Everyone enjoyed their and we are planning a stay from Monday through Friday.

Great spot close to the beach

This place worked great for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. The close proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. It was also great to have four parking spots available for our group.

The pictures online are not updated to what the unit actually look like. The couches are very worn and broken. There was not sufficient pots in kitchen and stove was dirty. Refrigerator was dirty and food was left in fridge. Several of the beds had no headboards just pushed up against the wall. We did not have a dresser in our room so we couldn't unpack.The dining table was the only nice piece of furniture. The local manager came out and cleaned the fridge and attempted to fix the couch with no luck. He also fixed the currains that were halfway up.He was very friendly and we appreciated his efforts. This rental was definitely not worth the money..I was not pleased at all, but we made the best of it. Hopefully my review will assist in the update of this unit. 103A.

Our family vacation was enjoyable. We stayed over Easter/Spring Break 2026. Six adults, three kids and a baby had plenty of space. Six bedrooms and five baths gave everyone their own space. We enjoyed the balconies, the "game room". It had two refrigerators, more than enough dinnerware, glassware, eating utensils and cookware. We bought a dustpan and spatula for the grill. Any issues we found were immediately addressed. We were allotted enough parking spots although compact, but we were able to maneuver our vehicles to fit. Felt safe having security codes for room and pool access vs key cards (that could be lost). Elevator was convenient. The kids enjoyed the waterworks and the lazy river pool with inflatables. it is walking distance to beach. the stairs to the upper bedrooms was a bit much for my husband and myself so we took one of the lower rooms which worked out great. We did use washer and dryer. As forewarned the drier does take a few cycles. We would stay here again. would have you consider an11a.m. check out and 5pm check-in time as 10a.m. felt a bit rushed. Consider designating the lower bathroom to put all the linens at the end of our stay instead of bringing them up to the laundry room. Driving distance to local Walmart locations was really convenient as well. Thank you.

As is standard in beach villa rentals, we provide supplies to last the average guest a few days. As the guest gets settled in they may have to go to the local store to get more. Unlike hotels, we do not have staff on site to bring more and calling us to have a maintenance call out to bring a guest a roll of toilet paper when there is a shop across the street doesn’t seem a good solution. Paper towels and trash can liners are standard hotel fare.

Great Condo in great location

Stayed here for family vacation and it was perfect for our group of 9. Very spacious and plenty of bathrooms. The 2 refrigerators and ginormous table were very helpful with a bigger group. Location was close to everything and just short walk to beach. Plus the pool/lazy river was a hit with all the young kiddos. Would definitely stay again!

Over all great stay. Lacking in wash clothes and for as many people that can stay the pans are lacking need bigger and more pans. Was given no paper towel to start with. But we made it work and did what we had to to enjoy our stay.

We put out paper towels for a guest at check-in and if somehow there were none for this guest she should have called and I would have had the cleaners bring them as they are paid to supply them. There are 5 wash cloths per bathroom, so 25 in total.

The floors are cleaned prior to every check-in. As we tell all of our guests, if you are unhappy with any of the cleaning, please let me know and I can have the cleaners go back and clean more.

July 4th Family Vacation

Great location and villa. Plenty of space for a large family. My grandkids had a ball in the laxy river and the beach. The only issue was not having a hammock like described. Everything else was great. We would definately stay here again.

Great affordable place to stay

We had a great time staying here in Myrtle Beach! The condo was in a convenient location and right across the street from the beach! The condo was clean and had plenty of space for our party of 13! We would most definitely stay here again!

The villa was beautiful! We all couldn’t be happier of this location of where we stayed. Perfect walking distance to the beach, the pool in the villa was great as well, solid spot that had everything around the villa to walk to. Would highly recommend staying here and will absolutely come and stay there again!!
