The property was nice, and the location was convenient! Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The host was easy to work with.

Great Family Days

The house is very welcoming. The kitchen integrated with the dining table allows for family gatherings that make these the best moments in the house. The rooms are spacious, the beds are large and the mattresses are soft. The house was clean. The host, Manny, was always very quick to respond and try to resolve any problems that arose during our stay, which was quite long (32 days). The location of the house is very good, very close to a Walmart. Two things impressed us: first, the silence inside the house - with the doors closed we could hear almost no external noise; and second, the washing machine and dryer on the bedroom floor - something that for us, is very different from our standard of living and something that proved to be quite practical on a daily basis. We will definitely consider renting with Manny again on our next trips.

Don't make the same mistake we did.

If you're looking to enjoy your vacation to Kissimmee/Orlando, stay anywhere, but here. It was dirty, smelly, the fixtures are rusted over, the bathroom sink dripped, the water smells funky and the tubs don't have a way to plug them for baths, the toilet was constantly clogging upstairs, the kitchen is not stocked adequately with pans and what was there was unwashed. There is weird mold like substance coming from the vents. You can't get in and out of the gate property easily because the gate broke down several times while we were there. And even through we reached out to have the issues fixed we werent able to reach anyone until the end of our stay when it was to late to do anything about it.

Manque beaucoup d'amour !!

Propreté: il a fallu que l'on nettoie les planchers, intérieure d'armoires et fenêtre... c'était non convenable... l'Ameublement extérieure était très rouillée, tellement que l'acier se décomposait... demandé à changer mais n'ont pas voulue... pour ce qui est des divans ou sofas... ils étaients défoncés... la chaise pour le bureau n'avait pratiquement plus de cuir... bref nous ne recommandons pas cet endroit, trop de négatif !
