Your well-deserved vacation away from home starts here. The property is located in the heart of Walt Disney World and close to the best attractions in Kissimmee and Orlando.

Includes 2 full size bed. and 1 Full size sofa bed. Just added BIG SMART TVs with Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Video perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day.

Free parking is available for up to two vehicles at no additional cost. There are no resort or parking fees.

Noisy Unit at great price

The price can’t be beat for this unit located close to all Disney Parks, however the unit could use several updates. Ground floor unit is on the back side directly facing the very busy I4 and route 192. There is paint peeling in the unit, the sink handles don’t sit properly so the water is either burning or freezing. There is one rolling AC unit in the apartment which fills with moisture quickly and needs to be emptied several times daily. Outside the control of the unit owner, the hallways had dirty carpets and holes in the ceilings. Also outside the control of the owner, the unit above this one was incredibly loud at all times of night, keeping our family awake on several evenings. Great deal but definitely could use some improvements.

Please rest assured that we take appropriate measures to address issues and prevent them in the future — we continuously strive to improve. We hope to better serve you in the future. We appreciate your comments and will take them into account. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos and described in the listing, including its location and AC system. Still, we’ll check on the bathroom sink handles and continue encouraging the condominium to improve the common areas. Unfortunately, issues like hallway condition or noisy upstairs neighbors are outside of our direct control, but we are always available to support our guests when notified.

Okay, but not something we’d recommend to friends.

Every time we entered, we were hit with a very strong fish/seafood smell. When we first arrived, the dehumidifier in the bedroom was flashing that it needed attention. It was completely full and extremely dusty. It did not appear to have been touched (cleaned) in weeks, and we had to empty the dirty water before it could be turned on. There were 5 of us staying (as stated at booking) and only 3 washcloths provided. When I reached out, host was very responsive in sending more washcloths, but we were informed that they do not swap for fresh towels during the stay. I can understand for a 1-2 night stay or if there was a washer/dryer in the unit, but we stayed for a week. Our options were to reuse the same towels/washcloths for a week or use our own time/money to go to the coin laundry to wash them. The unit is located right next to the main highway. Traffic noise is a constant issue. Obviously, it wasn’t a problem during the day, but it made it difficult to sleep. It worked for the week we rented but is not something we would choose to rent again. I do want to mention, the host was very responsive and polite.
