Lovely 3 bedroom Chalet style home on the 16th fairway of Tahoe Donner golf course. My home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house. The great room has a gas fireplace and open floor plan with double sliders opening to deck with hot tub and BBQ for easy entertaining with fairway view. Stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen, large open dinning area, and game loft. There is a large mudroom and covered walkway connected to garage. This home has easy access to Northwoods to take advantage of all the Tahoe Donner public amenities.
Snow plow included. 2 parking spots avail for tenants ( one in garage / one on park pad outside)
Owner reserves private ADU over garage with separate entrance and one parking spot in garage
This peaceful chalet is the perfect home base for your getaway. We hope you enjoy what our place and Truckee has to offer.
