Welcome to "The Aqua". at Casa Costa Condominiums. A unique one bedroom living experience in a five star resort style building with all the amenities. 2 sparkling pools, fitness center, sauna, steam room, putting green, activity room, business center, valet services, 24 hour front desk, security, doorman. The condo includes full kitchen, living & dining area, one bedroom, full bath w/ tub and shower. The living room is spacious and includes a sofa bed. The beach is 3/4 miles from the condo. You may walk, take the shuttle or self park available. You are steps away from many restaurants, The Boynton Harbor Marina with all water activities. Keyless entry for your convenience and assigned parking space. Enjoy !

Check in was an issue until reached property manager.. place very clean, building and amenities were very nice.. property manager was amazing and addressed issues… negatives were the mattress was terrible, very smushy and felt like I was falling off one side and no box spring… and I’ve never used a shower with a permanent half shower door that didn’t slide with a very high tub to step into and nothing to hold on to… I would rent in that building but not in that unit again….

The location of the property and the amenities in the property we're outstanding. The condo itself was clean however it was not well appointed. We went for Thanksgiving and plan to cook there for Thanksgiving, but had to literally go out and buy pots and pans in order to be able to do that. Additionally, we recognized two days before Thanksgiving that the oven was not functioning which greatly impaired our ability to be able to enjoy Thanksgiving. The host did send out two different people to assess what was wrong with the oven and it was fixed approximately 24 hours prior to dinner, but at that point we had made other arrangements. This was a last-minute booking as our original plans fell through and we are ever so grateful to Tina for allowing us to check in early And to do her best to make sure someone came out to check on the oven.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location and amenities, and I truly appreciate your kind words regarding the early check-in and communication. I do want to clarify a few details to ensure an accurate understanding for future guests. When you notified me about the oven issue on Tuesday at approximately 5:30 PM, I immediately arranged service. A technician came out that same evening to diagnose the problem, and the repair was fully completed by Wednesday at 2:00 PM — well in advance of Thanksgiving Day. I also kept you updated throughout the process and confirmed that the oven would be repaired in time, which it was. There was no need to leave or arrange alternate accommodations, as everything was resolved prior to the holiday. Regarding the kitchen items, the condo is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and all essential cookware. I’m sorry if a particular type of item you preferred was not available, but the kitchen does meet the standard inventory needed for full meal preparation. I always strive to respond quickly and ensure the best experience possible. I truly appreciate you choosing the condo and understanding during the unexpected appliance issue. Warm regards, Tina

We had a great stay. Walking distance to a couple restaurants on the water. Host responded to any questions very quickly. The condo had all the basic needs. The building itself is very clean and taken care of. Both the hot tub and one of the pools were not working. Plenty of room at the other pool. We may go back next year and would recommend this place.
