The driveway is shared. If you need to park there, please notify us in advance.
6. No Pet Policy
Unfortunately, at this moment we cannot accommodate pets. If you are traveling with a trained Service Animal, please inform the host in advance.
7. Respect Shared Spaces
The backyard and driveway are shared.
8. Treat the Home as Your Own
• No flushing toilet paper – use bin provided
• Do not move furniture
• No food down the kitchen sink
• No Play-Doh, slime, or glitter
• No hair dyeing during your stay
• No commercial filming or photography
• Refill Keurig with water only
• Jacuzzi use: Limit to 30 mins (motor may overheat) Make sure the tub plug is fully sealed to prevent draining. A water detector alarm is installed near the pump—if it sounds, turn off the water immediately and contact the host

Please inform the host if you need extra time for checkout. Otherwise, the cleaning crew will arrive by 10:15 AM on the day of departure.
