Experience Victorian charm in this restored 1880s New Bern apartment. This 2BR, 1BA unit offers antique furnishings, modern amenities, WiFi, in-unit laundry, Smart TV, a private porch, and more. Enjoy the Birthplace of Pepsi or the Governor’s Palace nearby, then relax with board games or a quiet evening on the porch. Sleeps 4, includes kitchen essentials and driveway parking. Stairs required. Another 2BR unit also available—ask to book both!
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between authorizing a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.
