ALL UTILITIES & WIFI INCLUDED IN PRICE FULLY FURNISHED/NEWLY UPDATED /SHORT OR LONG TERM RENTAL
(* There is an additional $300.00 refundable pet fee if the home is returned in the same cleanliness as it was received. meaning no excessive pet hair or evidence of pets in the home & that ther is NO pet waste left in the yard. we tried to not have a cleaning fee and this deposit but unfortunately guests took advantage. when I say I was scrubbing walls for days I am not exaggerating! I have 2 dogs & 3 cats myself, I guess we can't expect everyone to have respect for other people's homes. anyhow its refundable if above terms are met! )

Attention traveling healthcare professionals /traveling professionals & SNOW BIRDS. this furnished home is newly updated , fenced in yard, PET FRIENDLY, off street parking & laundry on premises! 3 month rental with option to extend.

Master and 2nd bedroom are spacious as well as the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. fenced in back yard to keep your furbabies safe. Also covered front patio with outdoor seating. home is fully furnished with brand new mattresses and fully equipped with the basics kitchen to meet your cooking needs and a coffee bar stocked for your convince.
we have OUTDOOR cameras for your safety covering the front and back entrance. Well lit, quiet and safe neighborhood. walking distance to KEY VISTA NATURE PARK, BEACH, WALKING & BIKE TRAIL. (about 2.2 mile walk from the house) and so much more.

We are near major hospitals like Bay care/ADVENT/ TAMPA GENERAL & ALSO 30/40 min from Tampa/ Clearwater BEACH/St Petersburg BEACH / Largo/Spring Hill & 10/20 to New Port Ricci /Trinity & Tarpon Springs/Dundien we are located 5 to 15 min to Anclote beach/ Howard park/ Sun Set Beach / Honeymoon Island / key vista nature park & Anclote bike trail /Tarpon sponge docks and so much more! Less than 5 min to Rt 19 & several supermarkets /cvs/ Walgreens and many restaurants and nite life (also within walking distance) We are centrally-located!

食器洗い機をセットし、スタートさせる
使用済みのベッドリネンをすべて剥がす、使用済みのタオルをまとめておく
私物を持ち帰る、食べ残しや飲み残しを捨てる、ごみを出す
消灯する、ドアの鍵をかける、鍵を返却する
Since we DON'T charge a cleaning fee please return the home in the same condition you received it, That doesn't mean you have to make the beds or do laundry, but I shouldn't be taking 14hrs to clean.
Garage is Off limits, only time the garage can be accessed, ONLY if u are using washer & dryer, bathroom in garage doesn't work please DO NOT use or you will be charged for any plumbing fee incurred!
CHECKING OUT PUT AC TO 78° everyone seems to forget. ALSO when not home Please shut lights & leave the AC @ 76° its a new AC the house cools quickly. (Guests with pets Please refer to pet rules)

We loved our stay! The house is very clean & comfortable with a large well stocked kitchen. Located near grocery stores, restaurants & parks. The owners are wonderful, they went above & beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We look forward to staying again.

Nice house they purchased a toy for our little one that was there when we checked in. The community center is two blocks away with a nice pool and lots of activities..

House was great! Hosts were amazing. Big fenced in back yard for the pup and even a little treat jar from the hosts when we got there. Loved our stay. Highly recommend!
