• Check-In Time: From 16:00 (4:00 PM). Early check-in may be available for an additional fee. To guarantee early access, guests are encouraged to book the night before arrival.
• Check-Out Time: By 10:30 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
• Identification: Valid ID is required upon check-in, matching the name on the reservation. Accepted documents include a passport, national ID, or driver’s license.
• Luggage Storage: Guests arriving before check-in or staying in Dublin after check-out may use the free luggage storage service available at the central office (168 Granby Place) for up to 12 hours. Storage beyond this limit is subject to a €10/day fee.
Booking Extensions
Guests may request to extend their stay at any time. Extensions are subject to availability and rate adjustments and must be confirmed in writing.
House Rules
• Cleanliness & Upkeep: Guests are expected to maintain the apartment in a clean and orderly state. Excessive mess or damage may result in cleaning or repair charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of €200 will be imposed for violations.
• No Parties or Events: Social gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed. A breach will result in a €200 penalty and may lead to eviction without refund.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed without prior written approval. When granted, a refundable deposit of €500 and a non-refundable €200 cleaning fee will apply.
• Key Replacement: A €200 charge applies for lost or unreturned keys.
• Garbage Disposal: Guests must dispose of trash using the appropriate bins and bags provided. Instructions are available on the back of the apartment’s main door.
• Energy Conservation: Utilities are included in the rate. Guests are encouraged to use electricity and water responsibly.
Maintenance & Support
• Reporting Issues: Guests should report any maintenance concerns as soon as they arise. Issues are prioritized based on severity and resolved as quickly as possible.
• Complaints: Any formal concerns should be submitted in writing via email. In unresolved cases, appropriate compensation may be considered, such as added services or partial refunds.
Note: No reduction in the rental rate will be issued for temporary power or water outages, unless directly caused by negligence on the landlord’s part. This also applies to unavoidable external disturbances such as construction noise or weather-related events.

• Definition of Damage: Includes physical damage, stains, broken appliances, wall markings, unauthorized changes, and more. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
• Guest Liability: The booking guest is responsible for the cost of repairing any damage and any lost rental income if the unit becomes unusable.
• Reporting Damage: Must be reported immediately, including damages from children or pets, or those that develop over time such as mold.
• Bedding & Mattress Damage: Guests are liable for any soiling or staining that requires cleaning or replacement.
• Vehicle Parking: The accommodation provider is not liable for damage, theft, or other incidents involving parked vehicles.
