Awesome stay

Was easy to find. Had a view of the ocean across the street off back balcony..easy walk to beach. The whole family loved every bit even the beds were very comfortable.golf cart rental within walking distance..we are already planning next years trip..Thank you!

Friends and fun

I loved the location of the property. The balcony faced the fireworks show. We were able to make the short walk to the beach. The rooms were a nice size.

Clean & good location

Overall a good stay, wish it had two showers/tubs and a washer/dryer inside unit. But was clean and walking distance to the beach! Owner was friendly and easy to get a hold of.

Perfect vaction

This place was amazing we had an air problem at night contacted manager they had it fixed in an hour couldn't ask for better service. It was clean the people were nice and the grounds were kept very well pool and hot tub was clean. Loved it will be going back. Highly recommend

Amazing!

Amazing condo so close to the beach! We watched fire works from thw balcony. We had plenty of room for all of us and everything we needed there. We would love to come back again! Thank you!

Weekend get away

Clean property with well equipped kitchen. Short and easy walk to public access to the beach Easy close parking. Easy check in. Nice grounds. Hot tub is small and was in use a lot so we did not have a chance to get in, but was clean as was the pool. Our main reason for going is to be on the beach anyway. Price is very good. Would stay here again!

AMAZING

Betty was so nice and very easy to get a hold of. Her property was simply the best! Very clean and really felt like home. I have no complaints when it comes to Betty or her property. I will definitely stay at her property every time we make a trip to South Padre!

This is a wonderful property! The location is fantastic - just steps away from the beach - and the condo itself has plenty of space with comfortable living room seating that made it easy for our group to relax and spend time together.There were so many great benefits to this condo. Fans are available in every room, which helped keep everyone comfortable. We also enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub during our stay. The condo was quiet and peaceful with only an occasional dog bark from next door. One of our favorite features was being able to sit on the balcony and watch the fireworks from the beach - it was such a fun experience and we didn't have to leave the condo!The communication from the owners was excellent! They were attentive and quick to check in with us when the electricity went out during our stay to make sure we were okay. The power was restored in less than an hour and we appreciated how much they cared about our experience. The only drawbacks we noticed were that the dining table is a high-top, which may be a little challenging for families with small children, and the condo is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. However, my 85-year-old mom had no problem with the stairs, so it was not an issue for us.Overall, this condo was fabulous! We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend it. We have been coming to SPI for over 45 years, and we would happily stay here again!

Great Condo

This condo was perfect for us. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was walking distance from the beach and the pool and spa area was never crowded. We will definitely be back

Close to Beach

Betty was lovely to work with. The apartment was adequate….with a few minor improvements it could be amazing. And it’s close enough to walk to the beach!
