This fully furnished(Also available unfurnished for the same price) cozy 1BR nest is located in Vibrant Treme just minutes to the French QTR. Offering 1BR (Full-size) and Queen bed in the living room area as well. Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and utensils are included. The living room is equipped with a 50 inch smart TV and blue ray player. Bedroom has a 40 inch smart tv included. Unit has both Mini Split A/C and window units for extra comfort. This unit is located on the second floor and requires stairs to access. Rental price is furnished or unfurnished.
