The kitchen features a large island (seating 4) with Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and cabinets stocked with mugs, glassware, dishware, utensils, and pots & pans. The Breakfast nook is a great place for your own sit down meal, while the adjacent living room has a 75" high definition TV with comfortable seating for all to enjoy a movie or your favorite TV program. A desk area is located adjacent to the nook. The living room with screened-in lanai provides an unbeatable view overlooking a stunning nature preserve with truly incredible sunset views each evening (and beautiful views of Florida’s native wildlife). Cable, Wifi internet are included with Washer/Dryer inside unit. Heritage Landing offers a plethora of Amenities including 3 heated resort-type pools, hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, spa, an 18 hole golf course with tee times requested day of play. Golfing is first come first served member of the public. You can also enjoy a delicious meal at one the on-site restaurants. You may also want to explore Punta Gorda and the surrounding areas. Punta Gorda is a charming harbor town located between Sarasota and Naples with boating, fishing, easy access to beaches and a ton of upscale shops, boutiques, and restaurants for your enjoyment. Guests are required to pay a $150 Membership Access Transfer Fee and $10 ID for each person (which is a requirement of the Heritage Landing Association). Golfing is first come first served of the public. The golf pro shop is availability on daily availability. Other things to note: This is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed. By staying in this unit, the tenant agrees to the Rules & Standards of the Heritage Landing Community. We reserve the right to contact a guest regarding lost or damaged items in the unit.
