Gorgeous golf home is located in Burnt Store Isles, a quiet upscaled community. The home is 2 mins walk to Twin Isles Country Club, where you can enjoy play 18 holes and enjoy club house! 3 sets of golf clubs are provided free for you to use. Great location, close to downtown shopping; restaurants; beaches; entertainments; parks; marinas, night life, 4 miles to Fisherman's village. Whatever you vacation interest, it's close at hand!

This property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is set up to sleep 6 people. A king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in guest bedrooms and and a comfortable queen-sized Italian Dove sleeper sofa in the living room.
The master bedroom has a his and hers walk-in closet, and desk, overlooking the 18th green. The master bathroom has his and her sinks. The second bedroom has it's own private bathroom and bath/shower. All the bedding sets and linens are well selected to provide you a comfortable sleep.

The tasteful decorated living room has a queen size Italian Dove Sofa Sleeper, allowing additional comfortable sleeping arrangement. The living room overlooks the golf course, jacuzzi and Lani.

Newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with the brand appliances and all the utensils you need, a truly home away from home.

The endless golf view Lanai is appointed with a hot top and an outside dining table. It allows you relax in the swirling spa while looking out at people playing the 18th hole of gulf.
Short- or long-term renters welcome. Children are welcome. No parties!

Vacation

The house was wonderful and very nice. It was close to a grocery store so had no problems with getting food for meals. It was easy to find and easy to navigate to other areas of town. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Perfect Vacation Rental

This property was affordable, comfortable, and clean. The host was prompt in responding back every time I sent a message. The house was a perfect size and close to attractions in Punta Gorda. We have family in Punta Gorda and I would definitely rent this property out again!

Very clean, exceptionally attentive hosts!

We look forward to our next stay at this home. The home is clean, comfortable, well-located, with a relaxing patio. We appreciated being within walking distance of golf and shopping. Neighborhood is pleasing. Juliet and Mike were very responsive and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!

Clean home close to what we needed

This property was in a good location and was very clean. I was hoping the pull out would have more comfortable but it served the purpose. Most things we needed were provided and only had to purchase a few things. Great communication with the owners and she said she’d give me a 10% discount since we were in town for a funeral.

House was great. Clean and comfortable. Good location to get out a visit some of the beautiful attractions from Sarasota to Ft. Meyers. Host did a wonderful job making sure everything was ready and stayed in touch throughout the visit to ensure everything was going smoothly.

Clean and Peaceful!

We enjoyed our stay! The home and hot tub were clean. The primary bedroom is very spacious with closet space and a nice counter area for all of your toiletries and items needed to get ready for the day. It was nice to sit on the porch and look out at the golf course. The host was wonderful, providing all the communication needed for your stay. The location is great with Publix right around the corner.

Great place on golf course!

We only stayed three days in Punta Gorda and this place is so close to everything! Fully stocked with everything you need and CLEAN! Don't miss the Fisherman's village that is only 3 miles away. Best food we've had in Florida was at the Captains table and Harry's Dockside had a great atmosphere with banks and fun games for kids to play with amazing sunsets. Great communication by Owner. We look forward to coming back.

Convenient location

Location is within walking distance to the clubhouse at Twin Isles Golf Course. Neighbor is very safe and neighbors are very friendly. Easy access to the main roads. Home is quaint, but is dated. The kitchen had been remodeled with nice large appliances. Though the kitchen had an abundance of pots/pans and utensils – it was lacking baking dishes. Love the large capacity, washer and dryer. Also, love the hot tub - perfect for one or two person. It was very easy to communicate with the owner who was extremely responsive.

Wonderful!

Location is perfect for the Punta Gorda area. Quiet, yet close to everything. The home is lovely and very comfortable. The hostess is extremely helpful and communication is excellent. She truly appreciates her guests.

It's Juliet and Mike , and we have managed properties over 30 years that we own in New England, Florida and China. We picked Punta Gorda as our own retirement home after owning a home in Fort Lauderdale for over 30 years. We fell in love with Punta Gorda, and Burnt Store Isle , a quite , upscaled community . Our home is within walking distance of this gold course home. We belong to the Twin Isles Country Club and Burnt Store Boat Club. We both serve on Punta Gorda city boards.

Why this Property? It is in our neighborhood that we picked to be our retirement home after owning homes on Cape Cod Massachusetts, Newport Rhode Island, Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. It is a quiet town, with a fabulous Night Life and Music, the finest restaurants, Motor Boating, Sail Boating, Fishing, and it's a shoppers delight with the greatest shops from Naples to Sarasota. Bush Gardens is 110 miles north.

The city is also known for it's great variety of fish. There are hundreds of different types of fish that will give you pleasure in dragging in that big one. For great deep water fishing, all you need to do is exit the harbor and go out to the Gulf of Mexico. There are guides available for hire that will take you to the spots where you are almost guaranteed to get some good catches.

Punta Gorda has the best weather in Florida with less rain than Miami/Palm Beach. No road tolls and jammed traffic like Miami/Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beach. There are also many islands that you can explore out in the lower harbor area of Punta Gorda also with good restaurants and great fishing.
