Loved the place. Ana and Sandra were amazing and answered all my questions. About the place as a whole, I would say communication to the owners of the Vrbo was not very strong only because there was a mix up with wrist bands. Online, it says children 14 and older need a wrist band and key fob for the building and pool. When we got to registration, the lady at the desk told us only adults needed wrist band and a fob because our kids were under the age 14. The next day at the pool, the lady on shift at that time came up to me and said my daughter can't be at the pool because she doesn't have a wrist band. I told her she was under 14. I went into registration and they said 10 years to 13 need a wrist band but not a key fob. Just be aware that the online instructions don't match the facilities instructions. Other than that everything was great. Ana is a great host and Sandra got us registered so quickly.
