A stylish apartment designed in a contemporary modern style, located in a historic building that has been carefully renovated into a boutique apartment complex. The property is situated on Ehad Ha’am Street – a central yet quiet street with convenient access to Haifa’s main attractions.



Apartment layout:



Bedroom 1: Includes a door, a comfortable double bed with a high-quality visco mattress, a wardrobe, a bedside cabinet, and a TV.



Bedroom 2: Located next to the living room, without a door, but can be separated with a high-quality curtain for added privacy. Includes a double bed that can be separated into two single beds, a chaise lounge that opens into an additional double bed, and a TV.
