Welcome to your home away from home in a prime location in downtown Greenville.

The space
Just 1 mile from the charming Village of West Greenville, this updated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom single-family home is perfect for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living space, and room-darkening shades for a restful night’s sleep.

Outdoors there is a charcoal grill, firepit (firewood not provided) , and outdoor furniture to enjoy a quiet evening.

Located in an up-and-coming neighborhood, you’ll be close to shops, restaurants, and parks.

Whether you’re here for work, adventure, or relaxation, this home is the ideal base to experience Greenville!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and can easily check-in via a Smart lock. There is free covered parking.

Note this is a 1940's home with historic charm, and the bathroom is compact, but functional. There are also 3 steps to enter the home, if stairs are a concern.

Glad you enjoyed the stay. I'm surprised by the less than 10 star review, as the minor issue was you guys locking yourselves out of the house, and me coming to let you in at 3am. I would have thought that would be appreciated, hopefully future guests will see that I go above and beyond for them.

From check-in to check-out this was as easy as it gets. Love the smart lock that allowed us to be able to access easily and not have to worry about keeping track of a key during our stay!The house had everything we needed from kitchen supplies (thank you for the goodies!), to the laundry, and the softest towels. Thank you for even providing the coffee and creamer since I somehow always forget to grab that and my other half needs it to function : )Loved the location being so close to downtown Greenville and the cute small restaurants and bars that were barely more than 2 minutes drive away. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful bungalow!
