On hot days (80+), windows left open with AC on, or cold (60-) wi/heat on will result in $20/day fee, and guest will assume cost of system breakdown.

Best vrbo we have stayed at so far. Lois was great, provided a walkthrough on arrival including suggestions for events. The kitchen was fully stocked including milk and drinks in the fridge as well as various snacks teas, and coffees.

Place is as described. We parked the cars and walked everywhere we went in Greenville at all hours of the day and night. Host met us, did a quick walk through and provided us with information to enjoy our weekend in Greenville.

This was the perfect place for a family weekend getaway! We were walking distance to downtown and the place was fully stocked with everything. The host was very welcoming. We love Greenville and will be back for sure!

This apartment is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Greenville area. The location is great for getting to the downtown area and to The Falls. The trolley stop is not far if you'd rather not walk. The apartment itself is very spacious and well-stocked. Lois is a great host and very easy to communicate with. She thinks of everything and makes sure that your stay is comfortable and easy. If you forget something, don't worry; it's probably there. We had a relaxing stay and will definitely be back.

Such a fantastic spot! Lois is a great host and has thought of every detail, down to the homemade muffins waiting on the counter! The apartment is clean and the decor is hands down some of my favorite of any rental I’ve stayed in. The neighborhood is quiet but close to all the action of downtown Greenville
