All you need to know: You are in located in the most sought out area in Montreal!! Accommodations: Sleeps 4 3 bedrooms (All linens included) Room 1: 1 queen bed Room 2: 1 queen bed 2 Bathrooms: (Shampoo and soap is provided) Bathroom 1: Toilet + Shower Bathroom 2: Toilet + Bathtub Please inquire about parking options. Central AC + Heat TV (living room and some bedrooms) High speed WIFI Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher and microwave and all kitchen necessities Washing machine + Dryer Iron Board + Iron included Families with kids are welcome (we can provide a pack’n play based on availability, please reserve at time of reservation)
No parties allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment - No Tolerance

Perfect location for our weekend getaway with friends. Place was clean and well maintained, beds were comfortable. We would definitely choose it again when we come back.

Perfect location. Very easy to check in. The accommodation has everything you need and very clean. What you seen in the pictures is exactly the same. Though it is right next to Basilica you hardly hear any noise from outside inspite of the number tourists you see from your window. Overall we enjoyed the stay. There are multiple options for parking. The best is across the street 500 place d arms underground and secured much cheaper than downtown hotel parking.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to fabulous cafes, restaurants, and cocktail lounges. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very inviting, and we felt at home right away.Baruch was a great host: responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We would have given 5 stars, but there are two things worth mentioning. First, there is ongoing construction and the entire building is currently covered in scaffolding (we were informed of this after booking). Second, we had issues with the televisions not connecting to the internet, which was a bit disappointing.Overall, it’s a lovely place in a fantastic area with a very responsive host—once the construction is finished and the TV issue is resolved, this will be an easy 5-star stay.

Internet doesn't work. The HVAC didn't work. The Parking Lot that was recommended for us to use and we did when we tried to pay and leave the parking lot they don't take US credit cards for payment so it became a real issue to exit the parking lot. And carrying luggage up 2 sets of stairs trying to get into the building was a challenge. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.
