October 11-20th stay

We had a fantastic time at Mickeys Splash pad. David was extremely fast at responding to any inquiries. The home was very clean when we arrived on site and smelled fresh. There was plenty of space in the home where you didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped for everything you would need. The main resort pool is a short 5 minute walk away. Our 3 year old had no problem walking the distance. Overall, we highly recommend and will return.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay here! The space is nicely updated and well maintained. We had trouble with the sliding door leading to the pool, but were told that that’s being fixed in September, and one other small issue which was quickly taken care of by the owner and property manager. Check in was easy and the location is no more than 15-20 minutes to Disney World. Getting off of the highway by Walmart is rough at the end of the day, so make sure you bring your patience and give yourself some extra time. The rest of the resort looked amazing, but to be honest, we were so busy and exhausted we only used the big pool once! Just a side note - make sure that you bring 13 gallon kitchen garbage bags with you - the garbage is supposed to be changed every day so you’ll probably need more than what’s provided.

Toy Story

The house was perfect. 4 generations of a family stayed there with comfort. My grandson, almost 3, was so delighted with his room, very family friendly orientated. The community pool with a splash pad for young children was a short walk. We had a great time!

Perfect Location

Owner and property manager was extremely helpful through our stay. The location was perfect with being so close to Disney/Disney Springs. The house was clean and well maintained. Layout of the house is great for big or small families. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a great location and a property owner that cares about your stay.

We loved staying at Mickeys Splash pad! It was clean, spacious and comfortable! The kids loved the pool and the water park. Owners were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was tastefully decorated and very clean. The property manager checked in with us a couple times during our stay which was very thoughtful! Highly recommend - thank you for sharing your place with us during our time in sunny Florida :)

Amazing stay!

Our experience was wonderful and smooth from start to finish. We had excellent communication with David when we booked. The property is very well maintained and stocked with lots of essentials. Our check in was smooth and we received all details through email including a follow up after our first day to check in. The place is amazing with lots of fine touches to detail. Our beds were comfortable and the location is great, just a quick walk to the clubhouse with lots of amenities. The location itself is very close to lots of local attractions including Disney. Overall we had a great stay and even tried to book for next year, it was already booked which speaks volumes. We would definitely book a stay at Mickey's splash pad again!

This property has a great location, backs on to open green space. It is very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable furniture. Has all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, which is well equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and most importantly - lots of wine glasses!! The owner and property manager are very responsive. This was our second stay at this property and the only disappointing thing is that it is not available for us to come back to next year in our time frame. I would not hesitate to staying here again, and will certainly check availabiltiy before I look anywhere else.

Winter Vacation February 15-29, 2024

This property is perfect, with exception of one thing. The sun doesn’t hit the splash pool side in January or February. Otherwise it’s GREAT! The owners make it welcoming. The appliances, beds and furniture are new and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it!

Mickey’s Splash Pad A+

Stayed January 2024 for a Disney trip. Property is just as pictured and conveniently located to parks. Has all the kitchen equipment you need to make a meal there, and is great for snack prep for the parks. For any incidentals there is small market place on property, but a Walmart was within a 5 minute drive. For those looking for Disney souvenirs or apparel Walmart has lots of options and cheaper prices than buying at the parks. Unfortunately it was too cool for swimming during our visit, but the on site water park and splash pool behind property would be great for warm days. Everything was clean inside property. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and a first aid kit. David was responsive to any questions we had and was great to deal with. There was minor issue with fridge door handle being loose. David had the property manager (Vania) contact us right away to address it. During that communication she informed us of tornado warning that was issued which we didn’t know about! Vania reached out to make sure we were safe during the storm and after the storm. Caring about the guests staying at Mickey’s Splash Pad puts this place at the top!

This place was perfect for our family of 4! My boys loved the private pool, the bunk beds and the short walk to the amenities of the area! The place was clean and had everything we needed which made us feel like home away from home. The management and owner were VERY responsive which just made our stay that much better. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous!

The home was clean and cheerful with everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The complex definitely gives off Disney vibes, we all enjoyed the community pool, and the location can’t be beat. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic townhouse

We had the most wonderful stay - the house was just perfect - it had everything we needed. David was a super host - he responded to all queries promptly (prior to arrival). Huge bonus being so close to the Disney parks - this made life easier being able to leave the parks and return later. Would definitely recommend, and would love to return in the future. Thank you.

Perfection

I cannot say enough good things about this resort and Mickey's Splash pad. The house was just as pictured. Clean, spacious, mattresses were soft, and my family enjoyed our stay. Kids loved having a mini pool outside the back door. It was wonderful having a Keurig for my morning coffee. The resort itself is also beautiful. The pool and waterslide was so fun. You can take walks everywhere around the property and feel safe. The only thing I would add is maybe a couple more rolls of t.p. and a couple more garbage bags? For 7 days we almost didn't have enough for a family of six :). Otherwise beautiful house, great communication with the owner, and we would definitely come back in the future!!

The Feel of a Home Away from Home

Returning renters to Windsor community: excellent amenities for all ages, especially waterpark; safe & gated; located a couple blocks down from Walmart and main entertainment drive; just very easy convenient location to everything, no need to pay prices for on Disney property, use $ elsewhere. A+ ranking 1st x to this property, was even better than the 1st, which we ranked high. Communications: Very quick, David almost always responded w/i the half hour! Complications w/VRBO payments, he made it a smooth transaction. His property manager, very quick via text and on top of any minor issues we had. A+ on both ends. Environment of property: Clean and over stocked! These owners truly analyzed their job as an owner because we overpack and some of what was packed was not needed because it was already there! Very clean, @ least 1 of lil things to get us started, décor amazing & thought out per potential guest, several extras to ease the stay- floaties, strollers, booster seat, kitchen stuff galore (the best was the crockpot and Mickey waffle maker...much appreciated for budget & food allergy folk THANK YOU), nightlights, extra bedding & towels just to name a handful. Made a few minor suggestions privately as it in no way impacted our stay. Overall, BRAVO, to the property owners. Thank you so much for giving us a home away from home for 2 weeks! A Blessing, we shall plan a return in the future!

Great condo!

We stay in Windsor Hills at least once a year. We've had houses and the townhouses depending on who joins us for our trip. This townhouse was SUPER clean and very nicely decorated. Communication from the hosts was great and we had no issues with anything during our stay. Kudos on the check-out procedures as they are really reasonable! Nothing bad to say about this stay, would stay again for sure! Thanks for another fun visit.

Best Stay Ever!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very confortable and I loved that each had its own bathroom. It was very clean. One of the best attractions for us were the recliners and reclining sofa for relaxing after those long busy days at Disney. Kids enjoyed the splash pool - great way for them to unwind after a day at Disney. Would definietly recommend or stay there again! Thanks

Great Stay

We had a wonderful week and a half at this townhome! The kids loved the pool - it was so nice to have somewhere to cool off right out the back door after (or before/between!) long days at the parks! Communicating with David and the property manager, and getting into the home late the first night for check in, was easy. The one issue we had (our five-year-old locked us out of the bathroom from the outside!) was resolved very quickly once we reached out to the property manager. The kids appreciated the Toy Story theming and toys in the upstairs twin/bunk room! The men in our group appreciated the recliners in the living room ;). Thank you for sharing your lovely vacation home with us!

Amazing Vacation

This house is incredible. The cleanliness was well above expectations. First time renting a house and would come back here in a heartbeat. We are a busy family of 3, Mom, Dad and 1 daughter! We live in Georgia so only get to visit a couple of times a year, but we hope all our guests fall in love with the resort and our home just like we did!

This wonderfully family friendly and safe gated community is perfect for every family! Our home is so close to all the theme parks and several great golf courses. The amenities are the best in the area and the resort staff is wonderful. Come make some lifetime memories!
