Beautiful, well equipped home on a 125 acre mountain property, where you can unwind and relax. And if you're into pickleball or basketball, you can enjoy your game on our private pickleball court.
The property offers stunning views from the terrace, a pickleball court, miles of trails in the woods, natural springs that also supply water to the home, a lagoon with fish and a hobby farm.
It is located 25 km from Puriscal on national road 239. It is 1.5 hour drive to the beach towns of Jaco and Quepos/Manuel Antonio and 1.45 hrs from San Jose Int'l Airport.
No four wheel drive car needed.
The home features;
two bedrooms with queen beds, one with TV
one full bathroom
a living room/kitchen/dining room open area,
a full outdoor kitchen,
a large terrace with a lounge bed, hammocks, dining table, gas grill, fire pit (with fire wood), plenty of seating and lounging chairs, washer and dryer
fruit trees and veggie garden
Starlink internet
