ウォータービューの4ベッドルームシングルフロアの家。川/遊歩道から100歩、すべてのアクションまで遊歩道を5分間散歩します。 11/17現在のすべての新しいインテリア、堅木張りの床全体、真新しい高級ベッド/枕/リネン。 （3クイーン、プラスオーバーバンクシングル）。
広いダイニングルームと朝食の隅。 明るく快適で風通しの良い;大きな部屋と大きなスクリーン付きのバックポーチ、CharBroilガスグリルのあるフェンスで囲まれたプライベートの裏庭。 暖炉。 電子ロック、セキュリティ、リンクされた煙/ CO検知器、モーション検知器（もちろんインテリアカメラやマイクはありません）を備えたハイテクに精通したスマートホーム。所有者はある時点で外部カメラを追加できます。 wifi、netflix、フラットスクリーンテレビ、ブルーレイプレーヤー。 キッチンには基本が揃っています。 食器洗い機。
ホームには、メインハウスに3つのベッドルーム、2つのバスに加えて、背面のスクリーン付きポーチからアクセスできる追加の大きなプライベートエントランスバックベッドルームがあります。
洗濯機と乾燥機。 静かな通り、ガレージ（ゴルフカート用？） 私道駐車場と路上駐車場に加えて。

Family Getaway

I had both of my daughters and all 6 grandkids, we had a great stay. It was a short walk to the beach, and we had everything that we needed just like it was our own home. We would definitely stay again!!

Perfect getaway!!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our family! The house was very clean, and organized! Had every amenity you could need! Just a quick block to the beach at the end of a quiet street! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet!

We had a marvelous stay!

We came for the Riverfest weekend. The property is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space. We loved the fenced in back porch. Highly recommend! We would love to come back and stay again!

Great location, well stocked house

We stayed here for a long weekend with 6 adults and 1 kiddo, had plenty of space. Wifi was great, plenty of seating and dining space, lots of gadgets and supplies in the kitchen. This is definitely an older beach house but was very clea, the only reason I docked a star on cleanliness was for the bathrooms - they were clean but need some TLC on the tile work. Overall we had a great visit and would recommend!

The property is old (old-fashioned radiators) but comfortable. It is a one-minute walk to the water and another minute to the beginning of the better part of the beach. I would not recommend it for the handicapped: my wife uses a rollator, and it was difficult for her to manage the stairs.The host was responsive. The kitchen is well equipped and can comfortably accommodate one person at a time.

First time to Colonial Beach!

We loved the uniqueness and location of the property. Plenty of room for the six of us. Relaxing down time in this odd year for traveling. Property was a short walk to the beach and we did plenty of walking around.

Super accomodations

Host was super accommodating. He responded to my contacting him immediately and we worked out how to enter the house and he gave me several tips on the house and the area.

Great house at Colonial Beach

This is a very nice house located conveniently within a short walking distance to the beach. Each bedroom was spacious with comfortable beds, comfortable living and dining room, nice screened-in porch. Golf cart rentals were available to drive to the many good places to eat and to watch beautiful sunsets from different areas. We were able to enjoy relaxing time at the house and fun times at the beach. It is a short drive to Fredericksburg which also has a lot of nice shops and good places to eat, and a train station which we took in to Washington DC. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hi Joel. We had a blast. Since my house across the street is a 2 bedroom cottage, we needed room for the growing family. My boys and their families had a great time. Thanks. They definition lived the layout and being right across the street was a plus!!!

Location was wonderful. Bathrooms were awful. Back porch was nice but needed a good cleaning and needed paint. All blinds need to be replaced so could open and close them. Paint peeling around a lot of windows. A strong Smell hit you in face when we walked in door must be what they are cleaning with. Yard and garden’s needed to be manicured. With the above improvements we would definitely rent again.
