Oceanfront Windswept Villa. Steps from the beach. The boardwalk is just outside your backdoor. No hauling, driving or even lugging everything up and down elevators. You can just walk right out to the boardwalk and if you forget something or need a break you can be back in one minute. Parents love that their kids can run back on their own for a snack if needed:)

The new Nest Cafe and Market is just a short walk from our front door. First floor, renovated, Windswept Villa. they have a very nice breakfast, lunch and dinner menu along with any essentials and souvenirs. All a 3 minute walk to night heron park where they are located.

Same day check-ins may be available. Just send a request if the calendar is unclear, to Robert Epps. The app doesn't show same day availability and after 6pm it no longer shows next day.

This villa will leave you with nothing but good times and happy memories.
Walk out the back door to access the boardwalk, which leads you down a short path directly to the sand. You will easily be able to start your morning right by enjoying your hot coffee on the beach with an amazing sunrise.

Enjoy the ocean scents and sounds of waves from your covered deck. Perfect for relaxing, reading or taking a nap.

No Check-In required. Keypad entry. Beach access is also keypad entry for your convenience.

Sleeper (twin size) in living room is also provided as a back up for you. The big gray chair shown in the pictures is the twin sleeper.

Enjoy a clean, crisp, uncluttered interior surrounding. The Villa provides a calm and comforting place to unwind.

If you prefer to be at the beach, but want clean and cozy when winding down, then our Villa is for you.

Golf and Tennis are available for a fee. Reservations are encouraged.

Night Heron Park is just a 3 minute walk from your location, as well. Night heron grill

This villa does not have pool access.

Charleston is an easy drive from Kiawah.

Bike ride on the beach! The sand is such that riding or jogging on the beach is easy and fun. Our kids learned to ride bikes with out training wheels on this beach :)

Miles of winding, tree covered bike trails all throughout the island. Discovering where they all go is half the fun.
Bikes can be rented and are the preferred mode of transportation on the island and available from multiple vendors.

Charleston is a 30 min drive away from your location for dining, shopping, tours and more.

Additional Details:
800 mps High speed Internet package. TVs have main streaming apps are preloaded for you to be able sign into your own accounts.
The living room features soft velour couch and chair with ottoman for reading or watching the 70" flat screen TV.
Coffee table and reading light as well as recessed lighting throughout the villa.

Main bedroom features a king size bed with 46' flat screen TV. Walkout sliders to access the back stairs.
The attached bath has large walk-in shower with hand held shower on a bar slide.

The second room is a small space that is meant for children, or teenagers. Ideal for those looking for twin sized bunk beds to accommodate a family with children. Kids love it! But it's really small.
Kids love it. It is their own little getaway. It is not bedroom, just a bunk-room. We wouldn't want to suggest that 2 adults would be comfortable in this room even though we have stayed in it comfortably.
This room also has a full sized dresser and 32' flat screen on the wall.
The second bathroom also has a large walk-in shower with the shower head on a sliding bar, vanity and commode.

Only stop is the guard gate where you pull up to the window for your gate pass. Kiawah is a gated community. We send you a scan code that the guard scans and then prints a pass for you.
You can go straight to the Villa and simply use a keypad code that we will send to you directly.
Once you have the gate pass at first entry, no more stopping at the gate :)

And when not relaxing and unwinding inside the beautiful Villa, there are miles of beach to enjoy.

Special Notes:
Smart Doorbell on outside of door. We turn this off when guests arrive. Keep this in mind if you order deliveries. The delivery service will need to "knock" on the door, as the doorbell will be off.
