• THE PRIVATE PATIO: Start your morning with a fresh brew from the Keurig on your private patio. Overlooking peaceful wooded views, it’s the ideal spot to breathe in the North Georgia mountain air or enjoy a sunset drink.

Although sleek, clean, and simply furnished, it was all we needed for a 3-night stay. The ease of checking in and out was a plus! At other condos, we're accustomed to stripping beds, starting a load of linens, starting the dishwasher, taking out the trash, and more. This was a breath of fresh air. The gas fireplace was a nice addition to the ambiance.We would like to suggest an extra blanket or two, and a bath mat be provided for future guests. And, don't forget to check batteries in remotes and lightbulbs! We did replace a battery in the remote for the living room TV.Thank you for your hospitality.

The location was very nice with view of mountains since it was winter. Fireplace was a hit with a good gas flame that was warming. The set up is basic but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Good communication with host and clear info on check-in at gate. Note once you have the gate code you can use the back entrance with it and makes it easier to get to Anna Ruby Falls and other north of Helen without going thru town. Town was very crowded between Christmas and New Year. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay in Helen was perfect! The location was lovely, just up the hill near Valhalla Resort. The apt itself was cozy with a gas fireplace that we sat in front of each night and our hosts were really responsive to all our questions.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were so attentive and responsive. The house was very clean. The bedroom and bathroom was very spacious. They had coffee, creamer, and chocolates out for us. Which we enjoyed very much. From check in to check out everything was perfect. I would definitely book with them again. They were a pleasure to work with and their house was perfect for us! Thanks for letting us stay.

Nacoochee is a comfortable one-bedroom retreat in Innsbruck — close enough to downtown Helen (just 1.3 miles) to enjoy Oktoberfest, dining, and shopping, yet tucked into a quiet, wooded setting when you’re ready to relax.

Our goal is to provide a welcoming space where you can unwind, recharge, and make the most of your time in the mountains. We’re glad you’ve chosen to stay and hope your visit is a memorable one.
