🔊 A Note About the Property & Sound: COZY is a completely private, self-contained first-floor retreat located on the lower level of a larger townhome. The upper floors may be occupied separately by other vacation rental guests; however, there are no shared interior spaces or connecting interior access between the rentals. You may occasionally hear footsteps, voices, or everyday activity from above. Sound levels vary depending on occupancy, so guests particularly sensitive to noise should keep this in mind when booking. For added comfort, we provide a sound machine and complimentary earplugs.

📋 Rental Agreement & HOA Waiver: A separate rental agreement and Innsbruck HOA amenity waiver must be signed prior to arrival and are required for community amenity access.
