Upon initial arrival, we photographed the premises interior and called the host, asking immediately for a refund, because the interior condition of the property (physical condition, cleanliness, or view) was not like the photos advertised on Vrbo. After I forwarded over 40 photos to the host (who was very nice and very helpful) illustrating the premises interior condition, she called VRBO with us on the line, and together, after a couple of hours and through no small effort, secured a full refund. * I am not Not sure who did what, or what went wrong here, but the photos (which I can't seem to post here in this review feature of this website) tell the story clearly, and our hopes for a lovely stay at this "beachfront"property did not come to fruition because the property turned out to be in poor condition even though we'd paid a premium price. That said, the host was very kind and very helpful. We had to locate other accommodations in a pinch at 6pm on a Thursday night hundreds of miles from home.
