Thank you for your comments. We’d like to clarify that our cleaning team takes detailed before-and-after photos after every cleaning, and the home was delivered in excellent condition. After your stay, we discovered urine on the carpet, documented with photos, and had to have the area professionally cleaned and sanitized. The issues you mentioned, including the chipped tub, broken teapot, and damaged TV remote, all occurred during your stay. In addition, a plate was chipped and cracked under your stay_ we had to replace it. The kitchen and bathroom were thoroughly cleaned before your arrival — any claims to the contrary are inconsistent with our records. The kitchen is spotless and well-equipped for standard use, though we’ll consider adding a larger frying pan for future guests. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable space and appreciate honest feedback that helps us improve.
