Your cozy getaway awaits you in Bethesda at this fantastic house with 3 spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom (queen bed) second bedroom (queen, bed) third bedroom, bunk ( queen beds). If more than four people are staying, there is ample space for 4 additional people with the beds provided for additional fees . Also, you can request two more blowup beds for additional people as well for additional fees. This welcoming retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of 2.5 bathrooms with 2 showers and hair dryer provided. Experience the magic of Bethesda Maryland which is just 15 minutes from downtown Washington DC, the nations capital.We are located minutes from the capital beltway. Parking in front for four vehicles. Relax on your private master bedroom deck or patio on first floor by kitchen, family room. This is two houses in one with a lockout unit. No access except from front door owner occupied rear of home.

Convenient but a bit noisy

It is a partitioned space adjacent to main residence. Could hear people at various times.Overall it worked well for us

As advertised, this is a large home that has a lockout unit in the front part of the house to the back part of the house on two levels. Sometimes people hear each other, which is normal in lockout units.

The listing said we had the whole house however it was like a duplex. Could hear loud noise coming from our neighbors. The house smelt like wood burning and took a long time to get the smell out. Need to check all the chester drawers for there was some items left behind from previous renters.The TV remote in the bunk bedroom needs new batteries.Overall, our safe was pleasant, and Alex was a pleasure to work with

We are very sorry you didn’t understand that. This is the front part of the house that is a lockout unit to the back part of the house.. We have a very good rating on our Rentals with other sites as well. It’s like in a hotel. You can hear people talking, but we don’t yell and scream and we expect the same from the renters. The smell that you smelled was from the wood burning fireplace sorry for any inconveniences that we might’ve caused you but we aim to please. Thank you.
