This is a private bed room in a 4 bedroom duplex apt. in southie. The apt has two floors. each floor has a bath room and two bedrooms. The bed room is located at the higher level with a bath room close to it. The apt closes to broadway and redline T, numerous restaurants, coffee, bars, pubs and all kinds of other stores. Walk 10 min. to redline T. It is a few stops to MIT and Harvard. One stop to south station, walk 5 min. to grocery store.Walking to Convention center (10 min.). Boston harbor,Quincy Market,Faneuil Hall, seaport(15-20 min), museums etc. Bus 9 takes you to prudential shopping mall. It's a nice and safe neighborhood. Good for couples,solo adventurers, and business travelers. Welcome!. My place is good for young professionals. Please feel free to request info. if you are interested. This is the only room available in the apartment now. Thanks.

My property has everything to offer to you in the great central location near everything. Walking to Convention Center, Seaport , downtown, beach and Boston Harbor. My apartment has everywhere hardwood floor through, central AC and central heat. It's very quiet, safe, peace and lives working professionals. You are welcome!
