Brand new townhouse in a great location! Our two-story home offers a quiet place to stay within close proximity to downtown Spartanburg, BMW Headquarters, and many other businesses.
Located less than a mile from WestGate Mall, less than 5 miles from Wofford and Converse Colleges, and 30 minutes from downtown Greenville, consider our place your home away from home!
Our townhome features 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king size bed, a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and an office with a futon and work station setup. Our living area features an open concept with a comfortable place to relax.
We offer a new kitchen with an electric stovetop, oven, a large convection microwave oven, and dishwasher for a quick cleanup.
Our townhome includes a small patio with a table & chairs and a backyard that overlooks a catch basin acting as a natural area, providing a quaint place to soak up some sunshine.
Our bright, inviting, and cozy townhome is located just minutes away from the WestGate Mall, nearby shopping centers, plenty of restaurants, and is the perfect starting point for a trip to see the Spartanburg Spartanburgers inaugural baseball season (beginning Spring 2025!). We love being able to walk out our front door and stroll down to the community pool without having to think about parking or loading up the car!
Smaller vehicles can park in our single car garage. Unfortunately, vehicles longer than 14' will not fit in the space.
The community pool is closed in the winter months. Please message us to confirm availability for September-May and operating hours. Pool key is available for access.
Our driveway can accommodate two vehicles and one compact vehicle (under 14’ long) can fit in the single car garage.

1. NO DOGS/CATS/PETS POLICY
The owners stay in the townhome on and off throughout the year and are very allergic to pets. Any kind of pet dander is not welcome.
If you plan on bringing your pet, we would greatly appreciate if you booked somewhere else for your stay.
2. Our townhome is smoke free. There will be no smoking permitted in the townhome or on the front or back patios. Any violation may result in additional fees.
Additionally, the condo offers the following:
