Host was incredibly kind and welcoming! I will say parking is a bit tricky, the closest overnight parking garage was a 10 minute walk from the building, It cost 35 a day so keep that in mind. (Not bad for Miami Parking) The building was very clean and the staff is friendly. The pool and spa are very nice amenities, the unit itself is very nice and welcoming.

The unit was brand new, spotless, and incredibly inviting. The rooftop pool and hot tub were wonderful. The unit even came with pool towels. The gym offered a wide range of options. We could easily walk to Target and Publix in one direction and to Bayfront Park and the water in the other. There was also an easy walk to Brickell.Check-in was a breeze, and our host, Liliana, was incredibly easy to communicate with and responsive. She offered us great dining suggestions, provided coffee, tea, and prosecco, and promptly answered any questions we had. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we are in town.

I love that everything is walkable but you’re still minutes from Brickell, Wynwood and the beach. It gives you the feeling of a modern urban stay while still being close to the ocean and Miami’s best attractions.

It’s vibrant, safe, and always evolving — you really feel part of the city here.
