Welcome to your modern Black Hills retreat!
This brand-new 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfectly located in downtown Custer, just steps from local restaurants, shops, and scenic trails. Whether you're here to explore Custer State Park, visit Mount Rushmore, or just unwind in the peaceful pines, this stylish and comfortable home is your ideal base.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, large living area with queen pull-out sofa, big dining table, two comfy bedrooms (one with a queen, one with two twin beds). There's even space to do your laundry in the brand new washer and dryer. Guests will have the entire house to utilize. This includes a single car garage, which comes in handy on those stormy days or cold nights. There's also a cozy back patio to relax and take in the clean air from Custer's 5,300' elevation.
This is a brand new duplex property, located just blocks from the main street of Custer, SD. It's a short downhill walk to tons of shops, restaurants, a brewery and the Mickelson Trail. It's also an easy drive to Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Mountain and Jewel Cave.
Sit on the front porch overlooking Custer and relax with your beverage of choice. Contemplate all of the amazing beauty that you've witnessed in the Black Hills. All of your amenities are included, with a few special touches to make you feel at home while you are our guests.
This home is located in a great neighborhood. Please treat the people that live here like you would your own neighbors. Respect quiet hours. Wave and say hello. This is not a party house. It's a place to relax and unwind. There are plenty of homes further out in the woods if you are looking to host a party.
Guests will be able to contact a local host with a reasonable response time. Owner is located next door and is a local expert on the Black Hills.

The City of Custer is a perfect central location for anyone wanting to maximize their time with the sights and experiences of the Black Hills region. You are a very short distance from Jewel Cave. Going the opposite direction takes you to nearby Custer State Park, Needles Highway and Mount Rushmore. Crazy Horse Memorial, a must see, is just up the road from our place.
Custer is small enough to walk around and get your groceries, eat at amazing restaurants, grab some souvenirs, or taste the locally brewed beers at Rushmore Brewery.
We think it's the BEST location to experience all that the Black Hills have to offer.

This property is brand new. We oversaw the building process throughout, which allowed us to pay attention to the tiny details. Hopefully you will see that we have family with a knack for furnishing a home that is inviting and perfectly fits the Black Hills vibe.
