Welcome to our charming Nantucket cottage — a thoughtfully designed 2+ bedroom, 2 bath retreat in the heart of Monomoy. Every detail has been curated for comfort & style, from 100% cotton bedding to a freshly stocked kitchen & cozy dual-sided fireplace. Enjoy amenities like central air, blackout blinds, smart TV, washer & dryer, and a beautiful bar cart for relaxed cocktails by the fire or on the deck. A new desk & chair provide a dedicated work space for those who can work remote. Unwind with an outdoor shower & newly constructed mahogany deck. Outside enjoy coffee on an overstuffed sofa set & look out at the expansive lawn, and 2 parking spots. Beach days are easy! We have chairs, large cotton towels & coolers. Everything in this home feels like luxe comfort. We blend coastal charm with modern vacation needs. We’re also dog friendly — so your furry family members can enjoy Nantucket too. Perfectly located near many beaches & mid-island faves like Millie’s mid island, Pi Pizza, Island Kitchen, Sea Grille, Roast’d coffee & a short drive Sconset golf course & Sconset town.

Great house in a great location with a short walk to the wave bus. Close to the downtown area and airport. Overall, very clean and house is so nice and charming.

Amazing home and host! We had an absolutely incredible stay. Great location - easy to bike into town while still having the privacy of a property with a yard on the edge of town. Check in was a breeze and everything was in excellent working order. Will stay here again!

We had a great stay for our late-August vacation. The house was very clean, with modern furnishings and appliances. The living space was very comfortable. Our host was responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

Our host was great! Brie was so welcoming and the house is absolutely adorable! Very comfortable for 4 adults. The home is a short taxi ride to town. The hosts responded very quickly to questions we had and left us everything we needed!Would love to return - A!

The cottage was perfect, extremely clean and had everything we needed. It really felt like home for the week. I especially loved the back deck, a beautiful area for morning coffee that got just enough sun. Brie was super-welcoming and very quick with communication. I hope to come back next summer!

What a wonderful surprise! Easy check-in process. Fully stocked kitchen. Home is very well decorated - everything is tasteful and brand new. No clutter - just nice. Not large, but just what you need. Nice back deck - lots of sun. Brand new grill. Home is perfectly located - no need for a car. Bike to everything safely within minutes - right on the bike path. Thank you for the perfect stay!

We had a great Labor Day Weekend staying here. Close to restaurants, shops, biking paths, downtown and Ferry. Quiet and lovely neighborhood. Easy communication with the host.

We had a wonderful stay at Brie’s Siasconset Cottage in Monomoy. Every detail in the home was so well thought out for a guest stay… from the beach towels and chairs, darling patio with grill, guest accommodations, kitchen amenities, bar cart and designer touches. The home was pristine when we arrived. We stayed in the large bedroom with king bed and our adult son stayed in guest room with queen. We had a friend stay on night in the pull out bed in the study/tv room and there was plenty of space for all. The location just couldn’t be beat. We walked to town in under 20 minutes and we were never more than 12 minutes from any activities. Brie was so kind and helpful with recommendations and answers to questions. She wanted to ensure we had a comfortable stay and went above and beyond to iron out a few quirks left behind by a prior guest-she a was amazing. I would highly recommend this property and would love to rent again here when visiting Nantucket!

We had the best stay! This house felt more like a home than a rental. The house was incredibly clean, organized and well stocked. The host Brie was so kind and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect central location to the whole island. If I’m being honest my husband likes living as close as he can to Siasconset Golf course:)
