Excellent stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. The condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated throughout. We had every amenity that we could possibly need. The condo is extremely spacious and accomodating. The location in Fort Myers was great! We would highly recommend this rental and look forward to returning!

Great experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Lucaya. The customer service from Brett and Aiden was great. They answered all phone calls promptly. I highly recommend.

Beautiful condo

This condo was one of if not the nicest condo we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in many.Well stocked, anything you could need if you like to cook. Furnishings were lovely, bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and sheets to use and a washing machine & dryer! Lovely grounds as well. There were 2 swimming pools, one at each end of the development, easy to access.The only downside for me was that you needed a car to go to anything. I prefer the ability to walk to some eateries or stores.But that’s a personal preference.

Awesome

The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. Everything was very neat and in order when we got there. Dealing with them was so very easy and they were all just helpful and wonderful. Any questions we had they got back to us immediately. We dealt with Brett most of the time and next time we go he will be the person I call. He was so very nice and helpful and again we did not have to wait for any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend them highly. I would definitely deal with them again next time we go.

Family

I rented for my parents as it was less then 2 miles from my house. They were very comfortable and we were able to have my sisters come visit and see our Mum. Would rent again. The only negative is the parking situation. Only room for 2 cars and if others visited you had to park at clubhouse and walk.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The property checked all our boxes, clean, well appointed and nicely equipped. We had a problem with the ITrip background check, we did eventually work through it with only days before checking in. Our biggest complaint was that no one met us at the gate and we had no way to get into the community. A kind resident finally came along and helped us in, iTrip people never returned our call or checked in with us to verify we had gotten in. We didn’t let that effect our stay, I would recommend this property.

Hi Theresa - thanks for taking time to leave your feedback. We're glad to have the opportunity to clarify some of the comments. Regarding the application & background check process, that is not our (iTrip) requirement. As explained in the property details and throughout the application process, that is a requirement of the community association and applies to all renters regardless of length of stay. We do not process or receive any information pertaining to a renter's application & background check other than notification when it's been approved. The community association is responsible for entering all renters into the gate & is supposed to do so once they've approved an application. We were aware that you had trouble at the gate and a member of our team, Josh, was in touch with you during that process. We're not sure if there was some confusion & perhaps you thought you were communicating with VRBO, but it was us. We're really happy you enjoyed the property & wonderful community. We consistently hear that the community residents/renters are friendly, and the proximity to restaurants, shopping & beaches is a huge plus. We appreciate the recommendation & welcome you all again!

Awesome rental!!

After a bit of a rocky booking snafu we checked into our rental for the month of January. The location and property itself exceeded our expectations and the thorough instructions and attention to detail made the experience enjoyable. Sarah from ivacations was quick to respond and ensure that our entire experience was fabulous. Five stars out of five stars!!
