We had a fantastic time during our stay! The host was phenomenal, and met us at 10 o’clock at night when our flight was delayed. The location was absolutely perfect, as we had tickets to four different shows during our stay. The property was clean and spacious, and had a great view. We would absolutely stay there again!

Those that know, NYC can get very pricy for an oversized closet. This "Penthouse apartment" was absolutely amazing. Two masters, plenty of room, views to amaze every single time you walk in, from every single room! ! ! We had a wonderful visit, so centrally located, made our days so much more efficient and fun. It is close enough to Time Square (steps not blocks) that if needed, sneak back and nap/recharge for your days. We will definitely return and stay here... such a great location and beautiful property.

This rental has a perfect location and was spotless with anything we needed available. The restaurant next door is amazing and they even have a little coffee and pastry counter for morning. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace, too.

This has to be one of the BEST vacation rentals that our family has had the opportunity to stay at. The location could not have be better. It is just a couple hundred yards off of Times Square, but we didn't have the Times Square chaos or noise. Everyone from Ownership, to Management, to the doormen, were fantastic to deal with. The Unit has outstanding views, its was modern, well furnished/equipped, and it has a roof top deck on the same floor which was spectacular. We highly recommend this vacation rental and we look forward to staying there again.Scott

You won’t be disappointed with this penthouse apartment. Very nice and clean with two private balconies. Easy access to Times Square,Broadway shows, restaurants, etc all within walking distance. Several subway stations are close by if you want to travel around Manhattan. Barron was a great host, communicated very well, and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. I would 100% book this property again!

Fabulous location and views. Nicely furnished. Very good communication with host. We were two couples traveling together for art exhibitions and theater. It was great to have the space to hang out together when not out and about. Last trip, each couple had a hotel room and the cost of those 2 cramped Marriott rooms was more than this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

The apartment was exactly as advertised - very spacious and incredible views. Great beds, everything we needed in kitchen and baths and very easy access. The location was perfect. We walked almost everywhere…Lincoln Center, the High Line, Chelsea, Grand Central, Central Park. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay there again.
