I have been staying in Hauz khas since last 42 years ... Yes i am 42 years old but not that old as per the age number... Lol .. I love hauz khas as it is central to everywhere like NCR, easily accessible to bus stops, railway station or airport. Have many cafes, clubs just by 10-15 min by drive. Metro station is just walking distance. Major Hauz khas market where you get all groceries is 2 min walk. Temples, Monuments are easily reached not wasting much of time traffic. Most safe colony with upmarket crowd.

The property was built out of love and passion for my personal use... with a thought that lets enjoy life sooner the better... I had no vision of installing a Jacuzzi on the terrace the with such a thought 7 am in the morning I called my sister "Lets install Jacuzzi". She was shocked n surprised. I shared my thoughts n we synced. I decided why only I should have all the fun, let the travellers in Delhi have a fun n relaxing place to create memories. The property has everything from under the sky jacuzzi, greenery, cute bedroom attached bathroom all comes with full privacy ... Again I would mention safety, customer satisfaction is what is my priority.
