Customer goes to our reservations office to collect your apartment keys and will be advised on the location of the apartments and how to get there with clear directions.
Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-In Time: 16:00 (early check-in available upon request with added fee or by booking the previous night).
• Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM (late check-out subject to availability and extra charge).
• Identification Required: All guests must present a valid photo ID that matches the booking name (passport, national ID, or driver’s license).
Luggage Storage
• Before Check-In / After Check-Out: Complimentary luggage storage is for up to 12 hours. Extended storage is available for €10 per day.
House Rules
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Guests must keep the apartment clean and report any damages or malfunctions immediately. Unreported issues or poor maintenance may result in additional charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Violation incurs a €200 penalty.
• No Parties or Events: Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted. Breaches will result in a €200 fine and possible eviction without refund.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved in writing. If approved, a €500 refundable deposit and €200 cleaning fee will apply.
• Lost Keys: Replacement costs up to €200.
• Garbage Disposal: Guests are responsible for separating and disposing of waste in designated bins or purple bags, following local recycling guidelines.
• Energy Use: While utilities are included, guests are encouraged to conserve energy during their stay.
Cancellation & Changes
Reservations may be modified or canceled by the accommodation provider in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or technical booking errors. Any changes to bookings must be confirmed in writing and may result in adjusted nightly rates.

• Maintenance Issues: All maintenance concerns are categorized by urgency and addressed accordingly. Please report any issues as soon as they arise.
• Complaints: Any formal complaint should be submitted in writing via email. If resolution is not possible, partial refunds or complimentary services may be offered at management's discretion.
• Disturbances: Power or water outages caused by external or uncontrollable events are not grounds for rate reductions unless directly caused by negligence.
