• Check-Out: By 10:30 am (Late check-outs subject to availability and may incur a fee)
• Luggage Storage: Free storage available up to 12 hours before check-in or after check-out. A €10 daily fee applies after 12 hours.
Identification Requirements
Guests must present valid, current ID matching the reservation name (Passport, National ID Card, or Driving License).
House Rules
• Cleanliness & Damages: Guests are expected to maintain the apartment in good condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Charges may apply for excess cleaning or repairs.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Violations will incur a €200 fee.
• No Parties: Parties or unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Violations will result in a €200 fine and potential removal from the property without refund.
• Pets: Not permitted unless pre-approved in writing. If approved, a refundable deposit of €500 and a cleaning fee of €200 will apply.
• Lost Keys: Subject to a replacement charge of €200.
