Definitely average. The carpet had stains, solo cups in pool area not picked up, multiple used bandaids in pool area also no grill for 2 of my meals. I would not rent here again. Will stick with other places.

Very unhappy with condition of rental

We stayed at 8904 stinger drive The house was a disappointment Here's a list of things: Not enough towels/washcloths No trash cans in bathrooms A ton of cabinets in kitchen, but not enough cookware to prepare meals No working microware,microwave, after we complained we still didn't get on delivered, we had to throw away microwave meals since the management never replaced. Arcade room was useless, arcade games were broken, plus they required quarters which was not told to us. Patio chair was broken Patio furniture pillows were old and discolored. Sofa on 2nd floor was peeling leather Pillows on both sofas was soiled. Rodent droppings outside trash bench on front porch. Multiple light bulbs were blown out. Refrigerator stopped making ice. One bedroom had no cable box Internet signal was extremely slow, unable to properly use the theater room. Netflix kept spinning. I will never vacation with this company again, and would never recommend you to anyone. Poor customer service 😢

Nice home but poorly maintained.

Here are a list of just some of the things that were wrong with this property. The barstools and loft sectional are peeling badly and need replaced asap. The Batman game and the multi game video game never powered on and never worked. The PS4 powered on however the PS4 button would not work so therefore the game was inoperatable. The microwave only partially worked the 1st day but tripped the circuit breaker and then stopped working altogether. We had to throw away alot of microwave meals...what a waste of money. There's a patio chair outside that was set up to the table but was broken. We have no lights in the foyer or in the front of the house outside the door. Many rooms do not have doorstoppers behind the doors and have small holes in the walls due to not having any doorstoppers. There was no trash can in the bathroom that's connected to the minion room.  There was no cable box in the room that shares a bathroom with the Harry Potter room so we had to disconnect the cable box from the Harry Potter room and connected it to the room that shares a bathroom with the Harry Potter room.  The Netflix malfunctioned in the theater room but worked some of the time. Atleast one of the theater room seats did not recline so I will assume that it is broken. The closet in the minion room is stuck open and won't close.  The sockets in the bathroom attached to the minion room do not work at all. In the Harry Potter room one of the twin beds was made up with a white sheet that had yellowish orange stains on it so we removed the sheet. No ball for the Foosball game so that was inoperatable. These are just the items that I can remember. This could have been a very nice open but it is not properly maintained. I asked for 4 more wash clothes the second day and we never received anything so obviously we did not have 16 wash clothes and had to purchase some at Walmart. We had 50/50 children and adults. Both children and adults were disappointed. I was completely embarrassed because I selected this home because of the amenities. We paid more for this home because of the amenities. What amenities? Everything was broken. I could have rented a much less expensive home.  Please have someone contact me regarding these issues asap. We are so disappointed in your customer service.

Will never use again

Got there code didn’t work till 6pm no help from property the blinds were broke there was a hole in the wall upstairs the towels were still in the dryer no folded we had to do that and separate them you have to pay for the jacuzzi to be hot which I called for 2 days they charged me for 7 days only had 1 day of hot jacuzzi they water in the shower was luke warm ask can t the e temp be turned up never got that done then I left some personal belongings it’s not there fault but they are saying they didn’t find them I know I left them but that’s very distasteful and I was paying the cost to ship them to me they lied so I will never use or recommend this place

noisy neighbors

The house was great but the neighbors were something. At times there had to be 25 people in that house. Cars parked up in front of our place where we couldn't even get in. Then they would start yelling and fighting

Villa was not as advertised. Very disappointed.

Many issues that we had to deal with at the home at 8904 Stinger Drive; Davenport, Florida since our check-in on Friday, 4/10/2021. Customer service should be better and your response and follow up to our major issues has been very short coming. In your description on-line you describe the home as having 3 master bedrooms and that’s not correct or true. There are only two. Upstairs all bathrooms had to be shared. No private master bathroom upstairs. You need to make this change as soon as possible. We chose this property because we were looking for 3 masters with own bathroom. I have attached pictures showing our issues: No internet/wifi or cable. Called three times to report this. Dirt and debris is at front entrance near garbage container upon our arrival. House was NOT thoroughly cleaned—floors dirty, kitchen counter greasy and dirty, railway dusty, hair in beds, etc. We had to clean ourselves. Black duck tape is being used to tape carpet in family room. Big rip/tear on ottoman in the upstairs gaming area. Door hinges broken in bathroom upstairs. There is NOT, (repeat) NOT a master suite on the second floor; which is one to the reasons we chose this property. Major misrepresentation in your description on-line. We wanted 3 master suites to accommodate the adults in our family. Human Hair in most of the beds. Soiled or uncleaned linens. Many scrapes and marks on Walls throughout the house. Slow drainage in the sinks.

Great house for a family getaway

My family truly loved this house it has everything from movie room to xb1 and ps4. The kids enjoyed the game room the batman game was a tad to loud and the air hockey table didn't work broken power cord. After working and school was done for the day we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The club house was spectacular also. Small issues was a few things from previous family was left in the home and the backdoor blinds were half removed. All in all we would stay here again when we return to Orlando area.
