Welcome to your bright and cheerful home away from home! This modern space is designed for fun, relaxation, and making memories with your group.

The main floor features a comfortable living area with a large sectional sofa, perfect for gathering around the 65" Smart LED TV. The sleek, fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a quartz island, making meal prep a breeze. You can stay connected and stream with ease thanks to the fast 1 GB Wi-Fi.

Upstairs, you'll find three cozy bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to 10 adults across five beds. There is also space for one child to co-sleep with their parents. After a day of exploring, you can look forward to a restful night's sleep.

Head down to the basement for your private game room! Challenge your friends to a game of pool, convert the table for a lively ping pong match, or enjoy a classic board game night.

Located in Southeast Edmonton, Alces features over 3.5 km of shared pathways, a natural exploration area, a playground for all ages, a bike pump track, and a basketball court. The community is built to foster connections, encourage outdoor interaction and an active lifestyle.

Guest Access
Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with a secure door code provided before your arrival. You will have private access to the entire home.

Dedicated parking is available for two vehicles on the parking pad.

Our home is conveniently located with easy access to local amenities and attractions.

✔️Within a 2-minute drive: Grocery store, restaurants, bus stop, a pond, and walking trails.
✔️Within a 15-minute drive: Meadows Recreation Centre, Millwoods Town Centre mall, a spray park, and a skating rink.
✔️Within a 25-minute drive: YEG Airport, West Edmonton Mall, and Fort Edmonton Park.

Important Information
✔️Landscaping Notice: We are currently offering a special introductory price as the front and back lawns have not yet been landscaped.
✔️Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly home! The listed pet fee applies per pet for the entire stay. Please note the booking platform may only calculate the fee for one pet; contact us to add fees for additional pets. As we welcome furry friends, please be aware that this may not be the ideal home for guests with severe pet allergies.
✔️Security: For the safety of our guests and property, outdoor-only security cameras are installed on the premises. A noise monitoring device is also enabled inside; it only measures volume levels and does not record or store any sounds or conversations.

House Rules

Confirmation of your reservation is considered that you agreed and accepted all house rules.

Please be respectful to the premises and the neighbors. We will do our best to resolve any communicated issues ASAP. Use the platform to contact. Call our phone only for emergencies.

1. ID proof of the primary, booking guest is mandatory.

2. We have a low price for up to 6 guests. After there, its like an airline - just because there are empty seats, it does not mean additional guests can stay for free. Thus there is a per person per night rate for additional guests beyond 6. Revolving guests do not lower the numbers and booking must be for total number of guests + pets that will stay between 10 PM and 7 AM on any given day during the stay. Nightly price is dependent on the maximum of either actual number of guests + pets AND the number of guests + pets confirmed in the reservation within the cancellation window. Unauthorized individuals will lead to cancellation without refund.

3. Tampering with any cameras, sensors, locks, extinguishers will lead to cancelation without refund.

4. You accept responsibility for safety, actions and liability of all guests, supervision of accompanying children & pets and their following house rules.

5. No parties, smoking/vaping, marijuana/drugs, weapons. A minimum of 3 times the cleaning fee will be adjudged as a penalty. Smoking only permitted on the front verandah while adhering to the quiet times as listed below.

6. No vehicles, people and pets creating noise or light beams between between 10pm in the night and 7am in the morning. Reservation may be cancelled if this is happening beyond late check-in.

7. No conducting a business on the premises. Remote work is fine.

8. If optional physical key is provided, place it back in the lockbox. Losing it will incur a minimum 2-nightly rate penalty.

9. Commercial vehicles are not permitted.

10. No moving around of the furniture, furnishings, or sticking/nailing anything.

11. Repairing any of your damages is your responsibility or repair/replacement charge will be added.

12. We are in no ways responsible for any accidents, injuries or damages to the building or your possessions that may occur during your stay. We recommend purchasing travel insurance from third parties.

13. Indoor garbage bins are provided with bags in the kitchen and the bathrooms. If they are filled, please drop the tied bags into the large black bin in the garage.

14. Food and organic waste and oils must not be thrown into kitchen sink but collected in the small green bin provided in the kitchen. Once full, please empty that into the large green bin in the garage.

15. Bottles/packages containing drinkable liquids to be placed in the big blue bin in garage.

16. For any health and safety concern or an emergency, we are authorized to enter the property.

17. Unapproved check-out past 10 AM will incur a half-day penalty and past 12 PM will incur a full day penalty. This does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

18. Please close and lock all windows and doors, close all lights, switch off large appliances and disconnect small appliances when you leave the property.

19. Additional cleaning charges may be assessed if the house is left unusually messy and unorderly.

20. Up to 2 pets can be added at the time of the booking which will add the pet fee to the total price. Only then are the pet(s) authorized to stay. Dogs must be less than 50 pounds. Pet fee is set for a single pet and will be double for two pets. If a pet is at the house after not having been pre-informed before check-in, a penalty of double the pet fee per pet will be adjudged.
