What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, if you open the windows to create a cross breeze it will cool down the home quick

Our house comfortably sleeps 11 guests with 1 King size bed in the primary bedroom and 3 queen size beds and a double bed bunk bed with a single bed on top - Perfect or Families with Children! (Please note the bedroom in the basement doesn't have a door separating the queen bed and the bunk bed)
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, DISNEY+, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

It was very comfortable and clean. Quiet safe neighborhood easy to find. There were 6 adults and we all had our own beds which was great! Hosts are very friendly and prompt to answer questions. Will be staying here again!

The listing was not as advertised. It was not modern at all. The house smelled of mold and mildew throughout. It was stronger smelling in the basement where 3 of the beds were located. It aggravated the kids allergies.The basement was not well lit and had a cavernous feel to it.The twin beds upstairs were squeaky and the bed frames shifted simply by sitting on them.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of everything, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The home was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. With 4 bedrooms, it worked for our group, and the fully equipped kitchen made meals easy and convenient.The downstairs games area was such a fun bonus, and the reliable Wi-Fi kept everyone happy. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.Overall, this property checks every box: clean, comfortable, convenient, and great value. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This home was sufficient for our needs. It is very small, but they made excellent use of the space and we were able to sleep 10 of us easily. Having only 1 bathroom was a little tricky, but they have a large water heater and we never ran out of hot water even though we cycled everyone through the shower after camping in the rain in Jasper!Although the listing says 4 bedrooms, review the setup closely to make sure it will work for your group. The 3rd and 4th bedroom are separated by an open doorway and you have to walk through the 3rd bedroom with the queen bed to get to the 4th bedroom with the bunk bed.Our biggest complaint is that the metal bed frames on the two queen beds in room 2 and the bunk bed in room 4 are very squeaky. Anytime someone even rolled over in bedroom 2, it could be heard in bedroom 1 and even downstairs! It made for interrupted sleep, but gave us some good laughs.The property manager was very communicative and easy to work with. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed taking walks around the block.

Great place for a bachelorette party!

Me and a few girlfriends stayed here for a bachelorette weekend in Edmonton and the area was great and felt very safe, house is super cute and clean and vanity’s are provided as there is only one bathroom so it was very helpful to have!

Family Time in Edmonton

We visited Edmonton to celebrate my brother’s 64th bday. He resides at Ottewell Manor. Location was excellent! Travelling also with our 89 year old mother. Accommodations were perfect for her. Everything we needed was close (shopping, restaurants, food). Beautiful, clean and safe neighborhood.

Lovely, unique home

This house was very comfortable for our family of 7 adults. It's difficult to find a rental that will accommodate adults that doesn't assume we are all couples who will share beds. Another frequent problem we encounter is enough living room seating for everyone. This house has both of those issues completely covered. It's a unique, old house full of character, very clean and well decorated. Vanities with hair supplies were a very nice touch. Another bathroom would be great, but there's not much you can do about that. Highly recommend.
