Customer goes to our reservations office to collect your apartment keys and will be advised on the location of the apartments and how to get there with clear directions.
Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-In Time: From 16:00. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to an additional fee or by booking the night before.
• Check-Out Time: By 10:30 AM. Late check-out available on request, subject to availability and a potential fee.
• Identification Required: Valid photo ID is required upon check-in (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License).
Luggage Storage
• Early arrivals or late departures may use complimentary luggage storage for up to 12 hours. Beyond this, a charge of €10 per day applies.
House Rules
• Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the property clean. Any damages or cleanliness issues must be reported immediately.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A €200 cleaning penalty applies for violations.
• No Parties: Events, parties, and gatherings are not permitted. Violations may result in a €200 fine and removal from the premises.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly authorized in writing. If approved, a €500 deposit and a €200 cleaning fee are required.
• Lost Keys: Replacements cost €200.
• Waste Management: Waste must be separated and disposed of in designated bins or purple bags according to provided guidelines.
• Energy Use: Guests are encouraged to practice energy-saving habits, though all utility costs are covered in the rate.
Damages & Liability
• What Counts as Damage: Any alteration from the apartment’s original condition, including stains, spills, broken items, or misuse of appliances.
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for repair or replacement costs and for income loss caused by unavailability of the apartment during repairs.
• Reporting: All damage, whether accidental or otherwise, must be reported immediately via email.
• Bedding & Mattress Care: Soiling or permanent stains may result in replacement charges.

• Authorized Access: Staff may access the apartment for cleaning, maintenance, or inspection purposes. Guests will be notified in advance when possible.
• Emergency Entry: Management reserves the right to enter without notice in cases involving emergency repairs, guest welfare checks, or law enforcement requirements.
• Pets on Site: If a pet has been pre-approved, guests are expected to cooperate fully during staff visits, including temporarily relocating pets if necessary.
