Apollo Bagels on the corner. There's a common roof deck with views of both Empire State Building and One World Trade. Everything ready for digital nomads with 2 separate wifi services to ensure strong connectivity throughout. Excellent and conscientious neighbors in this 5-unit building. Note, this property is on the 4th floor (3 flights of stairs); no elevator.

We're Chris and Melanio and have lived in NYC since 1990, mostly in the East Village. It's been a pleasure hosting guests from time to time and we take the opportunity to travel while guests are staying in our place.
