This is a very roomy, well appointed apartment in a nice, Upper West Side residential neighborhood. The location is convenient to UWS locations, and just a 3-minute walk to the subway. The host was very attentive, and we really appreciated the doorman’s friendliness and help. Everything was perfectly clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Great location! Short walk to metro. 24/7 convenience store close by and a fresh fruit and vegetable stand right on the corner as you get off the metro.

Great location. You are close enough to the major attractions via Subway. You have access to Central Park but the better surprise was the Riverside Trail along the Hudson River. Amazing space for families . Overall perfect spot- if you want a neighborhood vibe that’s not too far from the action.

Property was great. Any issues we had were addressed quickly by rental property. I am ocd so it wasnt as clean as I would do but it was very clean. Host was amazing with communication! We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.Thank you!!!

We had a great stay at this cute duplex on the UWS. Communication with the host was easy and created a smooth check-in and check-out process. The residence was very clean and well kept. The location was perfect for exploring the UWS and was close to cafes, restaurants, shops, and Central Park! We would absolutely re-book this stay!

This was an immaculately clean and spacious apartment in a very quiet upper west side neighborhood close to Riverside Park. The re-model is nice and bright. The full-size kitchen and laundry had everything you need to have a carefree vacation. I booked last minute and did have to request directions. The host was very nice. I only texted them. The double security doors and hefty locks made me feel very secure. Jonathan, the doorman was very kind and helpful. The super high ceilings and two stories (lower) made it feel even bigger. Beds were comfy and baths had great water pressure. They provided plenty of refrigerated bottled water and a bottle of wine. I could live here year round. Highly recommend this property for a larger family or group of friends. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Walking distance to very restaurants on Amsterdam. Beats the heck out of staying in Midtown.

The location is great, place is clean and the 3 bathrooms was key for a group of 7. We had issues with the lock - getting in, getting out - BUT - Raul was great and resolved everything with little effort on our end.

Great location upper west side.Plenty of room with adequate number of bathrooms and bedrooms for a party of 4 singles.Very tidy and clean recently renovated apartment on ground floor.Photos reflected the actual apartment and was what we expected. 5/5 or 10/10 overall rating.

The host was great and very responsive. The duplex was clean and comfortable. It was 8 of us and we stayed 4 nites. Duplex is in a convenient location. Located near parks, restaurants and stores. We even rode the subway a few times. We had a few vehicles, but unfortunately NYC parking sucks...lolBut all in all we had a great stay.

Our host Raul was AMAZING! The little details in the Vrbo like having fully stocked toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent and so on were much appreciated. The kitchen had many cooking utensils and plenty of dishes for our group to use! We will be going back one day!
