The best thing is the location. Central spot. Great house. To get to Conway, you beat all the route 16 traffic and are there to food shop or casual shop within ten minutes. Great stay.

Property was beautiful, exactly as described in listing. Plenty of gathering spaces, updated kitchen, plenty of hot water. Clean and family friendly. Great value for cost. We would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of two couples on a golf weekend. The house was exactly as expected. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi but Gabriela was so on top of it and had all the equipment switched out while we were out one afternoon. I highly recommend this host.

Snowmobile weekend

Location was perfect. Views and scenery as you drive to and from are very nice. The house itself was nice and spacious.

The downstairs was beautifully decorated and so cute! The kitchen was nice but it would be helpful to have some new frying pans as it was extremely old and warped. The upstairs had visible water damage on the ceilings and there was an animal urine smell as you go up the stairs as well as on one of the couches . One of the bedrooms had a bug/insect issue and they had to sleep on the couch. The house is located on a beautiful lot and it was easy to check in. The stay was ok just disappointed that my son and DIL had to sleep on the couch for the amount we paid.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the opportunity to respond. When you contacted us at 11:45 p.m., you mentioned seeing bugs on the bedroom ceiling. I replied right away asking for more information, requested a photo, and offered to have someone inspect the area around the A/C for any possible openings. Unfortunately, we never received a response from you despite following up several times, so we were unable to investigate or resolve the issue during your stay. At no point did you mention an unpleasant odor. Had you done so, we would have addressed that immediately as well. We work very hard to ensure every guest has a wonderful experience, and our reviews consistently reflect that commitment. We had several guests stay in the home before your visit, many of whom left very positive feedback, and some have already booked to return next year. One of the compliments we receive most often is how responsive we are whenever an issue arises. We genuinely want the opportunity to resolve any concerns our guests experience. However, that is only possible when there is communication. Without a response, we cannot investigate or fix a problem that has been reported. For future stays, we encourage you to communicate any concerns as they arise and respond when the host reaches out to help. That gives the host a fair opportunity to address the issue and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Great stay!!!

This was the perfect house for a large group skiing for the weekend! The multiple bedrooms and pull out couch accommodated everyone’s sleeping arrangements very comfortably. Our dogs even had the best time in the large front yard! Gabriela was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Weekend stay

So,close to a five star rating. Beautiful spot, very spacious, and loaded with everything you could possibly need. The only two issues were the water for the showers had a really bad smell to it, and I do find it very unusual and burdensome to ask the people staying there to take their trash with them

We have written introductions about that in our welcome book, and also I sent out an email as well prior to your state. We would never expect a guest to have to travel back with their own trash. Sorry if you misunderstood. I would’ve clarify if you actually text me and asked.

Winter Break

We had a great time with family! From start to finish the commutation with the owner was great. The house came with everything we needed. Close to North Conway for skiing, shops and restaurants . Our dog loved playing in the snow in the front and back yard.

Month long rental

We had a wonderful time in this large home. We had family and friends come over each week and had plenty of room. Four rooms to entertain! Lots nearby for everyone, golf, Saco River kyacking, hiking and Ecco Lake. Owners were close by to help if we had any requests. Hope to come back sometime.

Went for a long weekend skiing trip. Weather did work great for skiing but had one day. Home was beautiful and had everything needed. Very clean and modern. Close to downtown. Easy access to downtown. Had an amazing time. Thank you and looking forward until next time.

This was a perfect vacation! Owner was so responsive and kind. House is perfectly located and had all amenities. Plenty of room to accommodate a large family. We had everything we needed! Mountain vibe with great hill workouts for walkers and runners! This area is perfectly situated for all New Hampshire (and Maine) activities! You can recharge your soul with the forest vista but are still within minutes of civilization. Highly recommend for adults and children! Owner is terrific (and I had several questions before we arrived! ;))

Outstanding Vacation Rental

If you're looking for a vacation rental conveniently located near the North Conway area, this is it! The house was exceptional and was the cleanest we've ever rented in over 20 years. There were amazing spaces for our family of 9. If you enjoy cooking, like we do, you'll find everything you need in the kitchen. It's just as lovely as it looks in the pictures. The AC units in the bedrooms and kitchen/dining area, as well as the fans in all the rooms, kept us completely cool, with very high humidity and temps in the upper 80's to low 90's. Gabriela was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts we've ever dealt with. When we return to this area, we'll definitely want to rent this home again.

Winter Getaway

The home is beautiful. Unfortunately a snowstorm hit the night we arrived and we along with most of Madison lost power and had to cut our weekend short. Extremely disappointing. Gabriela could not have been more understanding and offered to refund the entire stay. She was very easy to get a hold of and kept us updated after reaching out to the power company. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that loves this area of NH and plan to return.

Very private, lots of space inside! Great for relaxing with family. Kitchen is great for gathering.

The hot tub was slimy and not working properly. The trampoline netting was broken. The property grasss had not been mowed in months so kids running around playing was not ideal. There were no cushions for the fire pit, which was also so damp we couldn’t get a fire started. We needed a shovel or something to clean it out. These were all of the amenities we booked the house for, so disappointing. Linens were great, towels were provided and the kitchen was well stocked.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It is beautiful, clean and in the perfect location to take advantage of the amazing sites in NH. We had enough room for our family and the outdoor decks were nice for gathering over meals. We even enjoyed the fire pit at night and made s'mores. I am hoping to be able to stay there next year which I actually always stay at different homes every year in NH too, but I loved this home so much that I want to stay again next summer. The host for this property is very responsive and friendly, and you can tell she cares about her home and we took care of it as if it were our own during our stay. We had a wonderful vacation and feel really blessed to be able to stay here.

Gorgeous Spacious

Gabriela was such a pleasure . She was so attentive and communication was amazing . The house is gorgeous it even has a firepit in the yard . This is one of the nicest homes we have rented in this area . The sunroom was one of our favorite rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked . Plenty of board games for us to play as a family . We definitely would love to stay here next thanksgiving .
